    Mold Remediation

    Mold Guys was a pleasure to deal with, they were quick to respond, no hassle with regards to pricing, and was able to schedule in the work within the week. I noticed some mold in the attic and reached out to a few different companies. Mold guys was able to provide a quote over the phone and start the work almost immediately - of course, the downside is that their focus would only be mold remediation and not to repair anything in the attic - this was fine with me. The team showed up early in the morning, but were extremely respectful that my daughter was still sleeping and tried to work quietly. They were in and out, shared their assessment of what could be done to help improve ventilation, and also were able to share photos of before and after their work with me.

    Air Quality Testing

    In under 30 hours from my call, they visited my home, performed the test, and had the lab results ready. 10/10 service. The admin was extremely helpful and pleasant, and the tech was a great guy. Even though Mold didnt end up being my issue, he gave me other things to investigate. I highly recommend this company if you need to eliminate the possibility of mold in your place. They are quick, cost effective, and friendly!

    Air quality testing

    Both Drove and Meghan were exceptionally helpful, professional and warm people, that you would want to deal with them in any type of situation! Would warmly recommend them to friends and anyone needing this type of service any time. All I can say is thank you!

    Mold removal from attic

    These folks made having mold in the attic as positive an experience as we might have hoped for. Our 1st introduction to the company was with Kay and she was terrific explaining everything and answering all of our questions and immediately followed up with a no surprises firm quote. The guys that came in for the work were totally professional and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Absolutely recommend them.

    Air Quality Test

    An exemplary experience from start to finish. For piece of mind I desired to have my basement's air quality tested. After reading the stellar reviews, I decide to reach out and was answered by Kay who is a very gregarious, effervescent and engaging personality. She addressed all my questions with aplomb and to my surprise was able to have a test later that day! Drove was the certified technician and he provided a comprehensive overview of what would be tested and level set me on expectations. He was also a pleasure to work with. To top it off the test came back in 48 hours manifesting the air quality was excellent. Thank you Kay and Drove for your professionalism and personal touch! Would highly recommend based on my experience.

    Air Quality Check

    Very professional and delivered results quicker than expected. Fully explained the service and what we could expect from the report. The results came in earlier than anticipated they were very easy to read and understand.

    Efficient and Pleasant Service

    Mold was discovered in the attic of our new home. From the time of booking to the final service working with the Mold Guy was fast, easy and pleasant. Highly recommend.

    Mould remediation

    The team came on time. Justin and Abdul were courteous. Justin explained the process and outcome. He was open to answer all my questions. Very good customer service. Will recommend this company.

    Mold

    My husband found a mushroom in the washroom and I was disgusted! We called and Kate was very kind, we were able to book an appointment for when it was the most convenient for us. We loved the team that came to do the work. They explained everything from top to bottom and answered all of our questions. They were also very mindful of our child and desinfected everything for our safety. I am very grateful for all the work they did and feel at peace knowing there no more mold or mushroom in my house.

    Bathroom mold removal

    We had three units that the surface mold in three rental unit bathrooms had become out of control so we tried The Mold Guy. I have to say that they more than exceeded my expectation. They really know their stuff, work with utmost professionalism and exemplified the best of customer care. Kay and Justin were the best people I've work with in a long time. You have a mold problem? Call these guys, you will not regret it.
