    Concern there was mold in hallway walls

    Because of a sour odour in the hallway and particularly from one wall, we were concerned we had mold. Ross came and performed a complete inspection of our home and took readings and samples. Report came back within one day. We fortunately don't have mold. Suspect water penetrated from heavy rain and snow runoff which we will now investigate further. Ross was very efficient and pleasant to deal with and we would recommend this company.

    Mold remediation basement

    Ross and his staff were quick and friendly. Ross is a super cool dude and never gets frazzled with anything. Price point very reasonable! Calm and to the point. His staff were really quick and helpful! You'll need a good cleaning of the house afterwards because its a messy and dusty process. They did an air quality test that passed, moderate scale within normal range. Best for 2017 guys! I would recommend them if someone needed their services. Best for 2017!

    Air Test

    Had a really great experience with The Mold Guy. We moved into an 1880 Victorian that had been recently restored and renovated, however there was still a musty smell from some of the vents and downstairs bathroom. We wanted the peace of mind of knowing that our 11 month old daughter wasn't breathing in anything hazardous to her little lungs. They didn't try to up-sell me on a separate mold inspection which some of the other companies I called around did. There were prompt and professional. Obvious pros in the biz. We had results and peace of mind within 72hrs of placing the call. Outstanding service!

    Mold Removal

    Very quick and efficient service! I was expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks but they were able to send someone almost immediately. They also recaulked and painted, which was great.

    Professional and trustworthy

    I was extremely impressed with The Mold Guy. After discovering mold behind a bookcase in our son's room we began to frantically look for remediation services. After speaking to another company that want to demo the room without even looking at the issue and charge $2500, we contacted The Mold Guy. Kay was super helpful on the phone and explained that they would do an assessment first to determine if this was something we could clean ourselves or if it was a bigger job that they would then provide a quote for our consideration. We found this to be a far more reasonable approach. Ross visited our home to assess the issue and was extremely thorough, checking not only the area of concern but walked through the house checking all exterior walls and closets. Thankfully our issue was isolated to the surface so we could address it ourselves and Ross provided guidance on what to use. The first company we spoke with tried to take advantage of the fact that it was a child's room and a weekend to have us agree to a large scale and pricey remediation that was not necessary. The Mold Guy was fair, reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Attic mold clean up

    Bought a house that had mold in the attic. Called the Mold Guy, got a quote over the phone. Scheduled an appointment for 7 am. They showed up, spent 3h cleaning and showed me the before and after photos. Looked like new wood after. They gave me their review on why the Mold was there and told me the 3 things I can do to prevent it from coming back.

    Air Quality Test to confirm mould-free clearnace

    Mold in the attic

    Despite our mold situation; the mold removal was seamless and affordable. From the discovery call with customer service, the estimator to the employees who performed the service; all were very educated on the subject and took the time to explain what the root cause of the mold derived from and what preventative measures needed to be put in place in efforts to prevent the mold from re-occurring. Truly recommend - Great and professional team to deal with!

    The Mold Guy

    Called on Friday night at 6:50 pm in a panic, asking for a mold remediation for Monday! The woman who answers the phone talked me through the whole process, assured me the guys would be onsite on Monday morning, they were there when I was told to expect them, in and out all cleansed by 11am!!! Thank you so much!! Very professional!

    Best Service Immaginable

    The people at The Mold Guy were great! They were very reassuring on the phone and sent a certified inspector out within just a few hours. He did a really thorough job, put our minds at ease, and explained everything every step of the way. I couldn't recommend this company more highly.
