    Mold Removal

    I contacted the company and spoke with Kay. She explained to us what would happen when Ross came out to our place. Ross came to our house, gave us the quote and explained what would be done for the mold removal. The guys came out the next week to do the job. Lucas and the other gentlemen showed up on time (which was a nice change from some other companies we have used), they all introduced themselves and were very polite. The guys did a great job and cleaned up their entire mess. They took pictures of the job before and after and shared these with us, and the attic looked great! They also went over exactly what they did and what we could do in the future to make sure we did not have the same problem. Everyone that we dealt with at Mold Services was polite, pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend them!!!!

    Mold Inspection

    Ross, the company owner, came to do a mold inspection. He was thorough and professional. Most importantly, he is honest. He could have easily convinced me to use his service to remove mold from my basement. Instead, he explained how I could easily solve the issue myself because it was not at a dangerous level. Plus, he gave me helpful advice to improve my results, and, ultimately, save money. The bottom line is, Ross puts the customer's needs ahead of his own profit. That's priceless!

    Attic Mold Removal

    Ross' team came in promptly at 5am as promised and completed the project on time and on budget. Everything was left neat and tidy, they cleaned by soffits and provided photos of their work. Would highly recommend.

    mold detection and removal

    We have used Ross and his team twice now, a mold issue when we bought our house and then after the July storm of 2013 when our sewer backed up. In both instances the problems were explained clearly and treated quickly and efficiently. We were completely satisfied with the end product. Kay, Lucas, and Ross helped us in the back and forth with the insurance company and while we hope we never have need to use their services again, would do so without hesitation.

    Mold removal from finished basement

    Mold removal isn't a lot of fun, but MoldServices did a clean job and there were no surprises. My only complaint is that I was not really kept in the loop as much as i'd like to have been during the removal process, but at the end of the day, they left a clean slate for me to begin rebuilding.

    Mold Remediation

    I would like to take the opportunity to express my gratitude to Kay, Ross, Lucas and the team at Mold Services for their professional and compassionate support throughout the past few months. It has been an extremely stressful time for our family and their sense of urgency, understanding and offer to consistently go over-and-above was outstanding as it related to a very serious mold situation that ensued in our home due to the July 2013 flooding in the Greater Toronto area. Mold Services conducted themselves with great integrity during a time where many remediation, restoration and insurance businesses were taking advantage of people in desperate need of assistance. Mold Services were very careful to follow-up and advise on progress and findings at all stages of the remediation process to ensure that we understood how to keep our family safe. I was referred to their company by a friend who had a great experience with Mold Services, and I would pass this referral on to others will no hesitation. Mold Services sets the example for their industry.

    Mold Removal

    We want to write a short note to say how impressed we were with professionalism, dedication and care. Ross was always available, from the beginning to end to answer all of our questions and guide us through the process. He and his team showed up on time - once in the middle of the night, with a minimum of disruption to our lives. We would highly recommend Ross to anyone who needed mold removed.

    Mold Detection and Removal

    Ross and his team were simply amazing. From the very beginning they were responsive, punctual, honest and candid. They respected the lifestyle challenges their recommendations would create and did everything in their power to ensure our home would be 'mold free' with as little disruption to our lives as possible. I would recommend their services to anyone. A professional and thoughtful experience from beginning to end.

    Mold Removal

    I highly recommend Mold Services. We had some Mold in the basement after all the rain this summer. I received quotes from two other companies but Mold Services was by far the most professional and cost effective. Ross promptly came the day after I called and did a very thorough inspection. I have a baby at home and was worried about the mold and removal process. Ross was very clear with next steps, reassuring and we got the job booked quickly. For removal Lucas and team arrived, sealed off everything for removal, cleaned up really well and did a great job. Feel so much better in the house with the Mold removed. Thank you!

    Mold Inspection

    I had a furnace leak several weeks ago, and even though I cleaned everything up with vacuum, dehumidifier, and a fan, I needed someone to bless this place so that I didn't need to think about any mold concerns. Ross came on time, did a thorough inspection, and even gave me some pointers on areas that might have mold issues in the future-basically things to look out for in the future.
