    Mold Inspection

    We were in the process of selling our home. We needed professional advice on our unfinished basement, where are fibreglass insulation was showing wear and tear and had turned black in some spots, causing us to suspect possible mold. We called MoldServices.ca, which had already come highly recommended from this site. Their customer service is top notch. They responded immediately, and were out to our home the next day. Our contact Ross, was both thorough and honest, leaving no stone unturned to ensure an accurate outcome. Ross's extensive knowledge and expertise quickly helped him assess that we were "mold free", and offered to provide us with a written report to put together with our home inspection for our potential buyers. Everything about this company was extremely professional: depth of knowledge, customer service and attention to detail. Thanks to them, we were able to continue with our house sale, with no interruption, and sold our home within the week. We have no hesitation recommending them.

    Basement Mold Removal

    Ross and team were extremely professional from beginning to end. We requested a quote and Ross arrived within 24 hours. We hired the team shortly thereafter. They completed the job thoroughly and on time. We feel confident in the job they did. Following the job, we were provided with photos of the damage. I would recommend Ross and team.

    Basement mold remediation

    We had a small water leak in a basement storage wall unit and saw some visible mold. We called moldservices.ca after receiving an estimate for mold remediation of over $2000 and wanted a second opinion. Ross came for an estimate within 24 hours of our call and had a look, and suggested that we treat with bleach rather than rip out the unit. He treated the problem right at the estimate for no cost, and saved us thousands of dollars. We are incredibly grateful for his honesty, knowledge and integrity!

You just might get me out there doing my good deed for the day. There are plenty of mold remediators out there willing to cut out perfectly good walls to get rid of surface mold.....and yes everyone...Bleach Kills Mold....Buyers Beware!

    Mold Inspection

    Ross was punctual, professional, friendly, and honest. He found our problem and gave us good advice on how to cheaply and effectively deal with our problem. I would highly recommend him.

    Attic and Cantina/cold room Mold Removal

    I have just purchased a house and one of the first things I wanted to do was get rid of the mold in my attic and cantina. The attic was the bigger issue. I called the line and Kay helped me with information and she also gave me Ross' number to discuss my problem. As a result of my confidence in the conversations and the reviews on homestars.com I booked them for the day after my closing. Apparently they start their days in the summer at 5 a.m. (yep five a.m.) so they don't cook in the attic so be prepared to be there early or to wake up early to let them in. I see the before and after pics and I am totally satisfied. At the end, Ross gave me a present, some Zinsser paint for the cantina so the mold doesn't come back, a roller, paint roll and paint tray, it was a nice touch at the end of the project. Thanks Ross for all your help! I feel much better about living in my house now

    attic mold removal

    From the moment I called Kay to the time the crew came for the attic mold removal, everything was perfect. Ross the owner personally came to the house for the on site estimate. Cheapest one by far and we were really satisfied. Don't look any further, this is definitely the best among the rest..Highly recommended A+++ thanks a lot to Kay, Ross and his team.

    Mould Removal

    In the process of selling our home, the buyer's home inspector found mould in our attic and as a condition of the sale we needed an effective and quick remediation of the problem to finalize the sale. We called contacted Moldservices.ca for an assessment of the situation. Ross called us back promptly and the next day he was out to do a complete assessment of the problem and remediation plan. We were also happy to find the issue was not a severe one, and within a few days his team was on-site and did a very professional job to remove the mould and treat the attic.
