JMT put a new roof on my house and did good work – both quick and careful. It took them less than a day and a half to complete the job and they were very neat, I had no clean up to do after. They were pleasant to work with I recommended them to my daughter.

I am not the one to write review about anyone since I feel if I pay I should get my money's worth. But John from JMT due to his customer service skills and going extra mile to make his client happy, makes me feel that I should recommend him to anyone who wants help in roofing or gutters. Professionalism is 100%, in fact he took the hit on his pricing to make me happy and did extra stuff. The team is profession, hard working and I think their brand messaging is "Yes we can do it" attitude. On money never asked me for any advance until I was happy with his work. It is very hard to find a professional roofer's like JMT. And of all his pricing was the lowest and quality of work is highest quality. If I could I would give him more that 10 points.

Loved dealing with John. Three houses on my block that I know of all got our roofs done with JMT Roofing. He is sincere, honest, and available to answer any questions/concerns. His crew reflects his values as well, extremely professional. In terms of quality of work my roof looks great and they were in and out within a day and a half. I feel very confident recommending JMT Roofing.

I hadn't heard of JMT Roofing. I phoned two other roofing companies to get a quote on replacing my roof. I figured I should have a third quote. That's what they tell you on TV. I googled Roofing companies within the lower mainland that were A+ certified with the BBB and had excellent reviews on Homestars. I came up with JMT and decided it wouldn't hurt to get a third quote. Right from the first phone call I was impressed with John's personality, availability and honesty. He came out and examined my roof and after a few calculations he quoted me right there. One of the other roofing companies quoted almost the same price, but they never actually came out to see my roof. I received the quote in the mail without ever talking to someone. The other roofing company was $3000 more. All quotes were for the exact same shingle and warranty. Needless to say I went with John. As promised, John and his crew arrived on time and immediately went to work. They had my roof completed in a day and a half and I couldn't be happier. The new roof looks great. I've already recommended JMT to a couple of my co-workers.

I did the standard research when it came to getting our roof replaced, I talked with 2 or 3 roofing companies and all seemed fine with 2 of them and then John came by the house to give me his quote. He was the only person to quote the building code to me about venting the roof while the new roof was being put on...I have a feeling that the other companies would not have done the extra step in adding addtl vents to the roof as they didn't mention it to me and it wasn't written on their quotes. I also liked that the crew showed up when they said they were going to and the work was completed on time and for the exact amount of the quote...well done!! as anyone who has ever dealt with contractors before, knows this isn't always the case. The roof looks great, the new gutter system is GREAT and the exterior of our house looks brand new and amazing. Donalee

First off, I’m not one to post reviews and I don’t know John nor have I heard of JMT Roofing before this. Normally I would get several quotes but after 5 minutes on the phone with John, it felt like I was talking to an old friend that I could totally trust to do a great job and not let me down. Late Sunday evening a couple of weeks back I found out that our roof was missing tiles in several places, to the point of exposed bare wood; a raccoon had tried to get in. My wife was on my case to get someone there ASAP because the forecast was for heavy rain the next two days. After looking at the reviews on this site, I called the top three ranked companies. John was the only one that responded that day and came over early evening after my wife got home; I was still at the office. John covered up the bare patches on the roof for us while he was preparing the estimate. I gave the go ahead for the roof and gutters right on the spot and have had no regrets since. John arranged for a crew to start Wednesday morning and they showed up first thing at 7:30 am. John and his crew exemplified competence and professionalism at every stage; from stripping the roof to the final clean up. John has instilled an old school set of values within his crew and it shows in the workmanship and the care they take with a job done well. This differentiates JMT from the other companies. It was a truly pleasant and stress free experience dealing with John and his crew at JMT. Kudos to John and his crew. And by the way, the two other roofing companies I called Monday morning for a quote called me back on Wednesday, it kind of makes you wonder what value they place on customer service.

I needed a new roof on my garage, including the removal of the old shiplap and replacement with new sheathing. I phoned around but the "big guys" didn't seem too interested in the "small" job. John at JMT happily said he'd come take a look and we quickly agreed on a fair price. The job was finished in one day a few days later. The get-up-and-go attitude of John and his crew impressed me. I'm a little leery to leave a totally effusive comment, not wanting the "secret" of my now go-to roofer to get out, so I will say that one small niggle was the half-dozen cigarette butts they left strewn about. Apart from that, well done JMT and I will feel good recommending you to others. Oh, by the way, I did end up receiving two quotes from the big guys - several days after the job had been finished by JMT.

We had four quotes and JMT came in very reasonable. John is the owner, project manager and the guy who comes to give the quotes. He is very personable and knowledgeable. When he says his guys will be there at 8:00 on Monday...he means it. His crew was always on time, worked hard, were all very pleasant, and got the job done in two days. Clean up was good as well. John came everyday to inspect the job. Would I recommend JMT? You bet!

I did not look around for more quotation, they were working on my neighbor's roof. when I ask John (the boss) to come for a quotation, he came right away. cost was reasonable, workmanship was good, in and out finished in little over one day. then I introduce them to my friend, they also finished my friend's roof in 2 days, with second day a rainy day, some small flaws, little clean up needed after, but I think company and crews are good.

My husband and I were looking at getting a new roof. My father had just had John from JMT Roofing come and put on a new roof in one day and he had nothing but good things to say about the company. I thought perhaps they wouldn't be able to come out to Langley but phoned to find out he could come the very next morning. The quote was done quickly and it was extremely reasonable. He had found a small leak and was able to start the job within days and we were fortunate as spring time in Vancouver always guarantees rain! The job was done efficiently and we were shocked to see how quickly it was completed. The crew cleaned as they worked and it was spotless when they were done. We also had our gutters replaced and we are so pleased with the results. John gave us outstanding service - he answered all our questions honestly and was available at any time. We can't say enough good things about the service and would recommend John and JMT Roofing to anyone who wants peace of mind. We are now assured that we have a premium roof which will last us for years and years to come. Thank you to John and his crew!!
