JMT Roofing and Gutters Inc. reviews (575)

John at JMT is a great guy! From the first time we met him when getting quotes for our new roof, we felt very comfortable with his knowledge and advice. He gave us samples of the materials he uses and explained why he uses them and what he had compared them to. The roof was done quickly and cleanup was done very well. The cost was less than some of the other companies, but the service has been outstanding. Had one little issue with the caulking around the chimney cracking, but they came out in the rain and fixed it the same day while apologizing and saying they had never seen this happen before. I believe it was actually the fault of our aging chimney and not of their workmanship as the masonry is in need of some repair. I would easily recommend them to a friend.

My sister-in-law Hayley had requested if I could help her find a good roofing company to repair her leaking roof. I contacted John from JMT Roofing for a quote. John was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and advised that she needed to get a new roof. He gave us a reasonable quote and we liked the 10 year warranty on workmanship. Work was done quickly and on time. The crew was fast and competent. The site cleanup was excellent We are very happy with how the whole process went so smoothly. We definitely would recommend JMT Roofing. K.Wong from Burnaby

I met John when he came to give me the quote for the roof. I instantly liked how he promoted his company. His quote was a great price but even better with superior materials. The price John quoted me was the final price. My wife told me how nice the crew was. I came home from work and the roof was nearly finished the first day. We are 'DRY'. I have the nicest roof in the neighbourhood. I would recommend JMT and I have already given your name to another neighbour that commented on what a nice job. The roof leaking was a horrible ordeal but John and the guys at JMT made everything better. Thank you, Marcey & Joseph

We had a leak in our daughter's room and wasn't sure if it was the roof or something else. We decided to get a few quotes on what it would cost to replace the whole roof and I went to three different companies. One never got back to me, one took four days to respond and John from JMT responded the same day. He came to the house, took one look at the roof and told me it was 20+ years old and provided a quote. We decided that day to go with them and are very happy that we did. They were fast, clean and the roof looks great. The only hiccup is that it cost more than the original quote because of the type of roof we have. From all my research though there was no way to tell this until they started to rip the old roof off. All in all, great service and would recommend to anyone!

We have now used John and JMT Roof and Paint for the last 7 years. John is extremely honest and his work is outstanding. He originally refinished our cedar room which looked brand new after he was done. We have also used JMT for interior paint. They were so careful, clean and the walls looked amazing after. We also used JMT to put a new roof, gutters and skylights last year. Again, the service, quality and price were unbeatable. I would recommend John and JMT to anyone and have done so to everyone in our neighborhood. Keep up the excellent work John. You are a rare find and we will be using you again and again!

I needed a roof replaced ASAP and John got his crew on it during the few days of rain-free weather we had this January. Very efficient, good-looking job and a great price.

I would definitely recommend JMT to anyone getting a new roof. They're very professional and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. John is a straight shooter and doesn't play any games. The price he quoted was the price we paid. Their price was the best of the three quotes we got and the workmanship was top notch. We highly recommend John and his team!

I have had Work Done from this Company more than once, simply because their work is so professional and they are so curtious. I will continue to have them do work for me even when I move.

Had to get a brand new roof after another company completely messed it up. Had a great experience with them, they were completely empathetic and very helpful with my predicament. Very professional, got the job done on time and showed me a complete DVD of the work they did, also gave me a warranty, would highly recommend them to anyone.

Diane - North Delta, B.C. I recently hired JMT to replace my old roof that was leaking. I received 3 quotes, one from a company that recently did a neighbour's roof, and one from a company my friend used. I got JMT Roofing from the internet after reading the reviews. When talking with John, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise of roofing and the products he uses, as well as his reasonable quote. My roof was leaking alot, so John rearranged his schedule to do my roof prior to any heavy rain. John and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up constantly. This is my best experience with trades people, and as I am on my own, it is difficult to find people you can trust. I would fully recommend JMT Roofing, and you can truly believe the reviews.
