Booking process was very simple and technician arrived on time. He was so kind and respectful, did a great job! My clean and serviced fireplace looks beautiful. Would highly recommend this company to everyone. Will definitely be using them annually going forward.

New Regency U39E and gas valve barely made a year before failing. Warranty? Who knows as yet to hear from service to schedule any type of repair. Its February and cold so just replaced it myself at $360 part cost. I do not recommend this model fireplace at all, suspect ignitor will fail next.

As a project manager having to get a house reno'd and up for sale in a month, I knew a new fireplace would get the win! All the team members at Hearth & Home were excellent and pulled through for me! The new install is beautiful and I know I'll be calling the team again for future sales...and just like my own fireplace, I can bet the new homeowners will love theirs too!...It was great working with experts!

We required a rush job to clean & inspect our gas fireplace as part of the closing requirements on a property sale. I called Breanne @ Hearth & Home, and explained our situation & time constraints. Within 30min she had found us a technician to come on the same day to clean & inspect our gas fireplace. (This was on a Friday, prior to a long weekend). David (our technician) was professional, and thorough. When he was done, the fireplace looked like new, and all I can say is "wow". From start to finish - Hearth & Home did a fantastic job. Thank you for accommodating our rushed request in such a professional manner. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

I really felt comfortable working with Hearth and home. Their service was outstanding with quick and helpful response to any of my questions. Every person I have dealt with from sales to instillation were kind and informative. Even though my installation was a small one they made me feel I was still important. Their wood burning stove selections were unique which was my favourite part. They had a larger selection to look at than any of the other places I looked at. Thank you so much . Upon recommendation I had Hearth & Home come for an estimate for a fireplace insert. All workers were friendly and helpful. I had other quotes but Hearth & Home's product and price was superior. I am so satisfied as the amount of heat that my fireplace now generates with just a push of a button is wonderful and the fan feature works great in conjunction with my ceiling fan - as pointed out by the installer Wayne.

Bought a fireplace insert from them. Their service was first rate from start to finish. The showroom salesman was knowledgeable and not pushy in any way. He asked intelligent questions designed to figure out what fit our needs the best. He gave us several options. Once we made a decision they offered us the best price in town (we had shopped around). The installation was quick and efficient. Their people did all the big and little things right. They called to confirm the appointment. They were prepared and clean. The final result looks amazing. I would give them my highest recommendation.

Great excellent and professional work from Hearth and Home Fireplace with our new Bayport 41" Fireplace. This team knows exactly what they are doing and very impressed from initial consultation to proper measurements at our house - expert and knowledgeable installers for the entire project.
