My husband and I are very happy with the Gas Fireplace sealed unit we purchased and had installed a week ago. It is fantastic! They were very efficient and reliable and everything they scheduled was done when we were expecting. Would highly recommend this company. Very professional! Great job!

Replace wood burning insert with gas insert. 1. Good recommendations from sales staff. 2. Installation was problem free, installation crew was great (efficient and knowledgeable). 3. Insert looks good and works well. This is our third purchase from Hearth and Home. When we decided to switch to the gas insert, our first and only call was to Hearth and Home.

We have an existing wood burning fireplace that we wanted to convert to an airtight wood burning unit. Hearth and Home made 3 trips out to our home to figure out a solution that was cost effective and wouldn't require a major renovations, not exactly an easy ask! But they explore all options and came up with the prefect recommendation. Our new Regency Airtight is now professional installed, looks beautiful, and is keeping our home toasty warm. Good experience from start to finish.

The team at Hearth and Home is incredible. From the moment I stepped in the doors at their showroom, to the completion of the project, I felt that they gave nothing less than 110%. Everyone was extremely friendly, respectful of budget and timelines, and provided amazing customer service. The communication provided by anyone at Hearth and Home was exceptional. They were extremely timely, they followed up regularly, and ensured that I was aware of every step of the process. Matt specifically provided amazing customer service. He responded to calls, questions, and emails very efficiently, and he ensured that we were taken care of well from beginning to the end of the project. The end product is beautiful and was completed seamlessly. I truly can only think of positive things to say about the entire team at Hearth and Home, and am looking forward to when I am able to work with them again!

The Hearth and Home Team were fabulous. They converted our worn out old wood burning fireplace with a brand new gas insert. From our sales rep Kendell through the entire installation team. Super professional. Absolutely flawless install and finishing. They came in on time and on budget. The installation team went over and above every step of the way.

We are from eastern Saskatchewan and gave Matt and his team a chance to quote on a gas peninsula fireplace for our master bedroom and a big wood burning fireplace for our great room to go in our new timber framed home. Matt and Jason were very knowledgeable on the different brands of products they could offer and really broke it down into pros and cons of each brand and model we were considering. And to top it off the pricing we received from Hearth and Home Fireplace was significantly less than what we could find here in Saskatchewan. In the autumn of 2016 the Hearth and Home team undertook a full design and renovation of our kitchen, study, dining and living areas which resulted in a fantastic transformation. After 18 months some inevitable curing and stress cracks appeared. Tim promptly arranged for the touch-ups to be done and as a courtesy also helped to attach a Coolsun skylight shade which was above and beyond their call of duty. Great people providing great service.

We were looking to switch over our wood burning fireplace to a gas fireplace. With the house being built in early 1990's we had a brick facing with a small arch, we wanted to keep the brick and arch intact and just have a gas fireplace installed. we chose Hearth and homes to do this for us. It was a great choice. Rob Bourdeau helped us to chose what fireplace product would be best for us as well and answered the hundred questions that we had, he was very patient. The installation team of Jeremy and Doug were excellent, they treated our house with respect, insuring that blankets were laid down, dust and garbage were keep to a minimum. They were fantastic to work with, they took the old firebox out without wrecking any of the brick, pretty amazing. They knew what they were doing. We now have a great new fireplace that we will be enjoying for a long time to come.

During a recent extensive renovation on our home completed by Home Boss and JT Developments, Hearth and Home was engaged to replace/install 4 fireplaces. We were told by Home Boss that replacement of the fireplace in the master bedroom with a new slim version of fireplace would reduce the build out into the room. Not only was that information untrue as the resulting build out was the same as the working fireplace that was removed, but the new fireplace was installed IMPROPERLY and in an UNSAFE manner by Hearth & Home and Home Boss. During cleaning of the fireplace I removed the fireplace frame and discovered that the wallboard above the fireplace was charred and the paint peeling (see photo). We had already called Hearth and Home on a warranty issue with the basement fireplace and they refused to honour their warranty, so this time I called a different fireplace installer to assess the bedroom fireplace. I was informed that the fireplace had been installed with improper clearances, and the wallboard used was not the correct type to surround a flush fireplace. Furthermore, Hearth and Home left the wires for the wall switch hanging from the wall and supplied no remote so I had to buy a remote and pay someone else to install the wall switch. We must now pay another person to remove and safely reinstall the fireplace with the correct wallboard and correct clearances. I would never recommend Hearth and Home to anyone.
