    Fireplace installations

    We purchased a 1962log cabin. Hearth and Home Calgary came out to offer recommendations on how we could improve both heat and functionality of our three wood burning fireplaces. David, our representative, was highly knowledgeable and a gem to deal with. He proposed different options and got us exactly what we wanted. Every person that we dealt with in this process was customer-service focused, efficient, thorough and professional. The company came highly recommended to us by a Calgary builder/designer and we would forward on the high recommendation to use this company for your fireplace needs.

    Danish Outdoor Wood Burning Fireplace

    I have been dealing with Hearth and Home Fireplace for over 15 years. They have serviced our indoor fireplace' over the years and more specific to this review, have been our "Go To" company for outdoor wood burning fireplace'. Our last fireplace lasted 15 years, outside, all the time, it was from Italy and H&H was the Alberta importer. Couldnt have been happier with it and wanted to purchase another but sadly, it was no longer available. We did however find an outdoor fireplace through H&H, this one was from Denmark. It, we think is styled very nicely, but were a tad unsure how it would burn. It doesnt have a Plennum as our last one did, so we wondered how well it would pull the flames up.... what a pleasant surprise! The fireplace, looks great, works incredilbly well, throws a ton of heat and frankly, I have to say we would buy it again in a minute! Well done H & H, and thank you Tim for all the help in the procurement, delivery and set up. A real Home Run!

    Fireplace cleaning and service

    We needed our gas fireplace serviced and Hearth and Home were great! Roger was right on time and was efficient and helpful. We had never used the fireplace since we moved in and had no idea how it worked. He explained it all for us and left us more confident.

    supply and install Regency Panorama P36E gas fireplace

    Part of a 800 sq ft reno - install a new gas fireplace and run ~80ft gas line to tie into main gas line in house; from the sales room service assisting in selecting a model to completing the install, everything was done professionally. All were courteous and respectful. Job well done. Thank you.

    Fireplace Repair and Maintenance

    We have a very old fireplace that has not been working in years. We called Hearth and Home and they sent Todd , service tech, out to do the repair. Todd got our very old fireplace working again at a reasonable price. Todd was very thorough in diagnosing the problems and fixing them.

    Complex install fireplace gas insert

    Hearth and Home were excellent in all aspects. Their people were friendly and professional. The installers were amazing. This was not an easy installation. The price was reasonable and competitive.

    Great Company!

    Fireplace renovation

    After 20 yrs, it was time to update the fireplace. From sales to install, the entire team at Hearth & Home were great. They were committed to ensuring the new fireplace would meet our needs. The install went very smoothly and the work was completed in a very timely manner. We would definitely recommend them.

    Replacement Fireplace Project

    We wanted to update our 3 sided fireplace for one that had a blower on it. Jason from Hearth and Home came to our home to see if a blower kit could be added to our current 20 yr old fireplace. When it was determined that we couldn't put a blower package on it we went with a new fireplace. We picked a Regency 3 sided fireplace which would fit our current spot and within 8 days work had begun on the installation. Everything went very smoothly and work was done in 4 days. I am very happy with Jason and Matt's work to make the installation a breeze and the disruption was minimal. We are now the happy owners of a fireplace that heats our space nicely.
