We had nothing but grief with this business. The owner, Jimmy, is rude and didn't care anymore after a messy job. My parents and us spent a lot of money for bamboo and laminate flooring. Be aware, there is no real guarantee on the work they do! I had to hire a third party company to get the job finally done and so did my parents who wanted their floor fixed after it started to have gaps all over. They called Jimmy who promised them to look after. They even explained to him that they would pay for the repair. The third time my mother called Jimmy (because he simply ignored her and nobody ever showed up) started yelling at her and told her, since she sold the house, to just forget about the floor repair and let the new owners worry about it. Terrible service, terrible manners; maybe because we are white. Stay away from this business; that's my only advice!

The people here are very helpful and found me the product I wanted for my carpet. Installation was quick and good. They have a great selection of different patters and colours and materials as well including the corn-based carpet I chose.
