Ari took my call personally and offered amazing service!!! He came when he promised, did the work in the timeframe he quoted and the price was exactly what I expected to pay. I recommend Levstein & Stern Plumbing to any home owner who values good quality work, great pricing and great service.

Unbelievable service! Ari came the same day and installed a complicated one piece toilet that I purchased from Costco. I can't believe it actually, because I paid $400 to the top-rated guy in this catergory only two years ago to replace the parts of the last one. It makes me angry that I did that, but I didn't know better. Sometimes we are happy when the job gets done even if we don't know the relative price and quality. Levstein & Stern deliver both. Honest plumbers - now there's a refreshing discorvery!

Steve returned my call within half an hour of my initial enquiry- this prompt response was truly appreciated. He arrived on schedule and reviewed several repairs we needed to have done, then got right to work. The replacement parts he used were superior to the original parts he had to remove and, in addition, he offered us some great advice on how to get a defective kitchen faucet replaced by the manufacturer! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable. in two hours addressed a whole bunch of plumbing issues accumulated in our house. fixed a broken tap, cleaned two sinks, researched a couple more things and provided recommendations for next steps.

We needed a plumber to connect 2 new sinks and faucets as well as a few other odd things. Steve Stern came and was very professional, had to use some of his own parts as the previous people that took away our sinks didn't leave the pieces they should have. My bathrooms now look fantastic. Great job, thanks so much for your help and skills.

After we had a new sink and countertop put in, the drain did not line up with the pre-existing p-trap. I called Ari, and he booked the appointment promptly at a reasonable price. He completed the job quickly and professonally, and I would certainly recommend his business.
