We have used Craft Bilt twice now. It is always a great experience visiting them in the showroom, they are so friendly and helpful. We had beautiful custom railings with plexi glass installed by a Craft Bilt Installer. They did an amazing job, and left no mess behind ! We are very picky and they did it perfect ;) Thank you Craft Bilt, we always recommend you to all our friends and family !

I contacted Craft-Bilt after a long search on the Internet for a local provider of aluminum railings. I visited their offices where I met Sedat. I showed him some pictures of my property and described what I was looking for. He was able to provide me a drawing of the project, and price quotes as well as an estimated date for installation. They delivered well inside the date, and their installers were experienced, professional, and they cleaned up after completion. Good products, good installation, I am very satisfied.

After lots of research in many different water tight decking options I came across aluminum decking online and decided to get some samples from craft-bilt and a another company and decided on craft-bilt decking based on my own educated opinion and comparing spec. sheets, alloys, hardness, finish, etc.. With a background in metallurgy and working with aluminum for a living as an aircraft structures technician I had no objections to using this product as it is a material that will last for many years, so my wife and I decided to spend the extra money and rebuild our second level deck here in Shawville Quebec so we will never have to worry about it again. The staff at Craft-bilt were very helpful and replied in a timely matter, the decking arrived packaged extremely well, was pretty straight forward to install and all the fasteners they shipped are of top quality. We are very happy with the deck so far and loved being able to sit under the deck in the rain and stay dry. We are now ordering Craft-bilt railing and led sconce lighting to finish the job.

After much research and several visits to the showroom we settled on a 10x16 Craft-Bilt Grand Vista Sunroom Kit. We found the staff to be very helpful and they answered all our questions, working with us to get the proper permits for our town. The kit itself required a moderately high level of skill to assemble but everything was well marked and fit together nicely resulting in a very professionally finished sunroom. We are very pleased and our friends are envious!

This is the second time that I have used a craftbilt railing system. The quality of the product is excellent and easy to install. The finished rail is sturdy, has clean lines and does not look any worse after a few years of use.

Craft Built has a fantastic show room displaying their quality products on Green Court in Ajax which is worth the trip to see. Their Sales and Installation Advisor "Sadat" was very thorough with his on location assessment of what we wanted, product options and installation details. The Craft Built installers were very friendly, professional and knowledgeable during the installation leaving our patio work site clean and tidy at the end of each day they were installing the project. We would like to thank our installers very much for a great job well done, thank Sadat for his great service and Craft -Bilt for their high quality products. We are extremely pleased with the final product and perfect installation Family, friends and neighbours are all very impressed with this new addition to our home and we are enjoying the extended use of our outdoor living space during inclement weather. From start to finish we would highly recommend the Craft-Bilt Team and their products to anyone considering a project in their area of expertise. Easy order, on time shipping, fantastic crate (made it across the country with zero damage) Installation couldn't be more straight forward, product looks good, slip resistant, easy to clean,looking forward to never repairing this deck again.

A couple of years ago, I requested a simple of the aluminum decking material from Craft-Bilt. I was impressed with the look and the quality of the product. Finally, I bit the bullet and placed an order to replace my upper deck. The ordering process was flawless. Rob wa great to deal with. Answered all of my questions promptly. The order shipped a week ahead of schedule which was great. The packaging was incredible. It would be impossible to damage the product while in transit as its packaged so well. Installation was a breeze. Despite numerous intricate edge cuts we were able to install the decking in a day and a half. The final result is a gorgeous aluminum deck that will be maintenance free for a long long time. Thank you Craft-Bilt.

Shipment arrived in great shape. Very well packed with no damage. The decking is very easy to work with for a DIY'r. Very pleased with the finished product. Staff was easy to deal with and always got a response in a timely manner.

I had a small 33 year old, out of code deck at the side entrance that needed to be replaced. I looked at composite decking but wasn't happy with the material/installation of the canopy. When I saw the high quality Craft-Bilt material I knew this was what I wanted. My experience dealing with Craft-Bilt from the initial contact with Sedat who provided the estimate through the completion of the project with Stephane and Jer has been first class. The crew was meticulous, they paid close attention to detail and cleaned up at the end of the day. The canopy was a bit of a challenge as the clearance over the door is very small. It doesn't block too much light into the kitchen which was a concern I had. The deck, railing and canopy have enhanced the curb appeal. A good testimonial comes from the nieghbours and many dog walkers who stopped to admire and comment on the deck and canopy. I have no hesitation in recommending Craft-Bilt for its unbeatable quality and value.
