Good company to deal with very happy with end product looks great handy video as to construction and assembly good feedback easy to set up payment account and delivered to my door.

Just received my windows and can't wait to install them. My parents have had the same ones for over a decade and they still look brand new. If they can stand up to winters in the NWT, they will work any where.

Completely satisfied with this project from beginning to end. Gary worked with us to plan out everything. The Craft Bilt aluminum product looks great and promises to be durable with minimal maintenance. The finished product looks great and is very sturdy. Having a rock solid roof over the deck is a game changer. Gary is fantastic - very detail oriented, innovative, always on time, and the cleanup was thorough. Thanks to all who were involved!

Windows took some time getting here, however with Covid I understand. Six windows on three sides of our Gazebo. They look great and very easy to install. Can't wait till spring to enjoy the room! D

We had a long wait 4 1/2 months. The COVID had a lot to do with the wait but we did have to install the windows in the snow. The windows were just as we ordered no problem with the product. We would recommend this company to our friends.

The window are fine and the people were fine, it took a lot longer to get the windows than they said but when they came they were fine and well built. 2 packs of windows had no screws I did call and they sent out some screws so I could finish the job thanks Mark

Great product. Looks very professional and sturdy. Instructions were a little complicated, but very comprehensive. The people at Craft-Bilt were always courteous and helpful.

Product was exactly as stated and of excellent quality. The customer service, shipping department and delivery service was very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend this product and Craft-Bilt to my friends.

Our cottage has a small screened room which was built by original owners. The screens were wooden frames, no windows. We used Craft Bilt , 4 track vinyl windows to replace the wooden screens after closing in one end and one front panel of the room with cedar siding. The windows fit perfectly and with the addition of a small electric space heater made our screen room a 3 season room and greatly improved the appearance. We installed the windows ourselves, very easy. We had no problems, measured for ordering ourselves and ordered on line. Just follow the instructions on Craft Bilt web site. Be SURE to measure in 3 to 4 places both width and height and be very careful. Production time was a about one month longer than original promised by Craft Bilt, but they did keep us advised and explaned issues created by Covid where most of the delay. Replace a power awning fabric on our house. Everything was done very well. The only issue was the order took much longer than anticipated because of covid. Apparently fabric comes from the US. Other than that. It was a very good.
