I purchased eleven of the sandstone colour 4 track stacking windows for my cottage screened in porch and I sent all the measurements along with the intent of picking up the windows once completed myself. I ordered them on May 31 and were ready for pickup mid September. These fit perfectly and easily with all the instructions sent with the windows and available on their website. Quality is excellent and add so much more value to our cottage.

We decide to close off our front porch and chose Craft-Bilt to supply us with all the materials. We were thrilled with the variety of colours, the service and the final product. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to do something similar.

In mid-February we ordered a set of 12 large 4-track stacking windows and two small fixed windows from CraftBilt Materials Ltd for the veranda at the back of our house. They estimated that the order would be not be ready before mid-May as a result of their difficulty in sourcing materials due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While our delivery date arrived and passed without being updated online, CraftBilt did complete the manufacturing of our windows only two weeks later, understandable under the circumstances. The windows were accurately manufactured according to our measurements (each one was unique) and all of them fit well into our openings and were relatively easy for us to install using the instructions provided by CraftBilt. The attached pictures show our completed project. We find that the windows slide well within the frames and that they provide lots of flexibility in providing adequate ventilation on hot days. On cool sunny mornings, the windows keep the temperature inside at least 2 degrees warmer than outside which, in combination with a lack of wind, has already allowed us to increase our utilization of the veranda this summer. We’re looking forward to use it even more this fall. We are very pleased with our window purchase and would highly recommend CraftBilt windows as being of very good quality and value.

Delivery on time. Easy to install. Staffs are very friendly and best of all. It looks good and hope it is the last deck for me. It is hot in the sun but cool down quickly.

Quote process was efficient and easy with an accurate description of the finished product and the materials used. Lead time was about 7 weeks. Staff in Ajax were very friendly and helpful for final payment and pick-up. The instructions were very good and I am delighted with the finished railing on my deck.

We built a screened-in patio with timber framing… craft-built stackable windows were a great finishing touch. The windows installed easily and get compliments by all. The window materials arrived as specified with no deviation.

From the planning to the completion of this project the staff at Craft-Bilt were outstanding. We wanted an awning to shade our deck but didn't like the look of traditional awnings. Luckily we found the Craft-Bilt pergola. Ella and Bart were fantastic, providing us with so much guidance and information. Our space had a few unique challenges, available height being the major one and these employees helped make it work. We were very happy with the quality of the system as well as the very detailed installation instructions that came with it. Installation took us a few days and blended beautifully with our existing rail system. Every morning we roll out the canopy and close it up again in the evening. We are able to enjoy this outdoor space fully now that we have proper shade coverage. This pergola/canopy helps keep our whole house cooler and has added value to our home. Thank you Craft-Bilt.
