After discussing the work I required with Tristan via e-mail, he provided me a very reasonable quote for the installation of five baseboard heaters, five thermostats, and ten light switches. Mark, who did the work, showed up on time and was very friendly and approachable. Mark explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. He was very clean and respectful and made sure we were happy before he left. The work was completed in a couple of hours and the next day I received an invoice identical to my quote. I would highly recommend Tristan, Mark, and Hot Electric for your general electrician needs.
We did not hesitate to contact Hot Electric because of the excellent quality of work done in our home a few years ago. From offering sound solutions to our lighting needs to coming up with sound ideas for increased lighting in our home, we were very satisfied with the work done previously. And once again we were not disappointed with the work completed last week. From the initial contact with Tristan (who kept in regular contact with us via email) to Rob coming out (right on time) to install dimmer switches, put in a new light on the outside side door, and repair the front porch and back deck lights, the work was done efficiently, professionally and in a timely manner. I contacted Hot Electric and spoke with Tristan, he provided an estimate and was able to schedule an appointment quite quickly for us. Erik (the Electrician) came to the house, he was excellent. He was prompt, very nice and he answered any questions we had. He repaired our faulty light and installed the nest doorbell, and made sure it was all working properly before he left. Both Tristan and Erik were very professional, I would highly recommend Hot Electric!
Paul and his crew installed a video surveillance camera system on my property. Pre-installation, Paul and I did a walk through to determine the ideal locations for each camera. He never rushes me, and always takes the time to discuss my concerns and is willing to troubleshoot collaboratively, when necessary. As always, Paul is reliable and timely in any of the projects (big and small) that he has done for me, including this one. Tristan and his crew were reliable, they came to the job site when they said they would come, their work was very good, from rough-in wiring to the finished product. They catered to any changes i had. i installed the low-voltage wiring (internet and coax cable) when i had questions, they provided the answers and offered helpful advice. i would use their services again for sure.
