There staff was very friendly, help full and punctual. The products were explained and the scope of work was made very clear. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and confident with there ability to complete the job to code and within the time frame they gave me. I strongly recommend them to anyone.

We scheduled Martin to install pot lights in the hall of the campus. He arrived on time and did excellent work. We have had two other electricians on our site and neither was as efficient. Martin performed the job quickly and I would recommend him and his company to anyone!

Hot Electric completed a large electrical renovation in our home including: replacing the electrical panel, installation of pot lights and other light fixtures, full kitchen electrical design, and various other electrical work in and outside the house. The team is courteous, hard working, and flexible with the schedule. In addition to performing the work they were able to offer solutions and ideas to our electrical needs during the renovation process. We would definitely use Hot Electric again. We tried to get an electrician twice, but had no luck the first was busy and the second wouldn't return calls. We did a search online found Hot Electric and liked the reviews that were written. Martin was great and he answers his phone! He was able to fit us the next day and was totally professional. Pleasant, quick, and cleaned up after himself. Great job and we will recommend for sure!

After calling another electrician and getting no response back we found Hot Electric through an online search. We are so very pleased with the service we received. Not only was he so wonderful and courteous on the phone but in person as well. His product knowledge was amazing and he fully explained the differences in the product options we had. Paul and Tristan were both very personable and were a pleasure to have work on my major home remodeling project. More importantly, I found that they had good attention to detail and generally got the job done correctly the first time around which helped keep a tight timeline on track. The Hot Electric team was knowledgeable and was able to handle some trickier lighting installations such as recessing my dining room chandelier flush with the ceiling. On top of all this, I found Tristan worked seamlessly with my other trades which was a definite plus. Would definitely recommend this team again.

I found Hot Electric through HomeStars and contacted them regarding some flickering light fixtures and concerns about the safety of wiring in my basement. Martin diagnosed the problem in a few minutes and assessed the safety of the wiring and made helpful suggestions to allow me to purchase supplies and to do the repairs. As the assessment took only a short time and he did not do the repairs, there was no charge for his service. He was knowledgeable and courteous and I will certainly call on Hotpoint again and recommend them to others.

Home stars were very friendly and professional. They came and did and assesment and kept the costs at the initial quote. The ceiling fan looks and works perfectly. We are very happy with the service provided!
