Martin Cyr did a very good job - paid attention to detail, very customer focused, we are very happy with his work. Stepped up to the plate when there was extra work to do, most helpful in solving a tricky stove installation.

We had a weird electrical fault that involved switches turning on lights in different rooms, 2 guys from our strata pulled plugs apart and looked for 2 hours before saying that it was too big a problem. Tristan came later that evening (2 hours after I called Hot Electric) knew what the problem was within 20 minutes, and had it fixed within the hour. Excellent service, and a really nice guy too.
