Krys came to us with a very good plan and ideas to accommodate our requirements. He was upfront about the cost and the timeline.His team was very professional, punctual and open to changes when needed.Krys was very courteous and was very open to our questions. Our Flooring looks beautiful and our basement looks beautiful!We would recommend and refer Krys for house renovation in a heart beat!

Krys and his team were extremely professional, from start to finish. They completed the project within budget and on time. Krys was very communicative throughout the project---his crew always showed up on time. The quality of work of Krys' entire team was at the highest level. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend Krys for any project.

We used Krys Construction to finish our basement. It was a very good decision, Krys is very professional and we are extremely happy with the outcome. We had Krys come in and look at the basement before we had moved in and due to other issues had to delay our start time and Krys was very accommodating and understanding during the whole process. When we were finally able to start the basement Krys and his team worked very fast. He scheduled every contractor perfectly and communicated everything to us very well. The contractors that he used were top notch and in the same league as Krys. He was always trying to keep us happy and fixed a few things we changed our mind about throughout the process. Project finished on budget and in less time then estimated. Of many reasons that Krys impressed me that one that sticks out is that he's not worried about impressing you with a price. Krys came in, evaluated our space and quoted us on doing the basement properly. We had other contractors come in that tried to impress us with a low price but unfortunately using methods or supplies that weren't correct for our basement. All of estimates turned out to be above Krys when using comparable methods and supplies. So if you do not want to stress about whether it's being done correctly, Krys is the guy for you.

Krys' are very professional and get all the work done really fast. Krys' team did an excellent job in my basement. They catered to every request and were able to deliver all that we asked of them. They are very reasonable and cleaned up after themselves. Great quality of work - I would always recommend their work to others. Very satisfied!!!!

From the moment we chose Krys Construction to finish our basement we knew it was the right choice and are beyond satisfied with the finished product.  The owner and crew are a high performing and thorough team whose quality is of prime importance.  Work was done on time and on budget including some great advice and incredible suggestions that made our project much better than we initially imagined.  These guys are very respectful, personable, and generally pretty amazing.  Our experience has been exceptional and unparalleled to anything we've done in the past dealing with other companies.  Here's well deserved praise for a job well done.

Krys and team recently did my basement Milton. I liked Krys from the get-go as he was friendly and honest about what he does. His communication was great and the quality of the work was second to none. When they did framing and insulation was so well done i couldn't believe it, the hvac was done above my expectations, plumbing was done without any issues and all the little things I requested were taken care of too. The final stages and finishing were amazing. The drywall job and painting was so well done we have had nothing but compliments and people asking who did the work. Krys went the extra mile with us by helping us get everything completed such as custom wet bars, fireplace and all the theatre/media hookups and cables i'll ever need for my man cave area. Highly recommended and I will use Krys again for future projects.

The planning phase was done with helpful suggestions for layout and finishes. We are very pleased with the finished product, the bathroom has the finish and quality of a main level bathroom. The work was completed on time and to budget. Contractors were very polite and on time.

Krys and his crew did a complete basement for us....6 week turnaround time from design to clean up. Work included creative built-ins , bathroom, sitting/media area, and bar. They did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the result.

A well planned, professional job from start to finish. Krys and his men not only did a great worksmanship but the feeling of trust and continous open communication made the process easy, comfortable and peace of mind. Highly recommended!

We just had Krys and his crew complete the subfloor and framing of our basement. He completed the job on time, on budget, and the craftsmanship is absolutely amazing. The work is so good I told him I feel like tearing down walls on my main floor and upstairs just to have him frame those too. Look for yourself! He deserves each and every praise he receives.
