I appreciate their after service feedback, and show how much they care about their reputation. The discount they give me is small, but it means a lot. I was very dissatisfied the fact that they didn't info me how much is total cost for service and part before they perform it, but now at least, I found they could be trust at 1 point that they do have warranty which cover that part and labor fee if it go wrong again, that's probably a good reason to hire them for service next time. Thanks! very expensive service, the part cost $25 -40 (single pole 30amp contactor) in parts store and they charged for $225. As you can see on the images, this is the little piece that cost me $225. The service guy put the part in to test, offer to remove the part if I don't want it, but I still have to pay for labour fee of $119 plus the inspection fee $49. So I really don't recommend this company to anyone if you are not under any warranty program.

We bought new Carrier infiniti series air conditioner and furnace from Aireone Heating and Cooling. The installation was done on 10 June 2014. The salesman PJ was excellent, he advised us on the best deal and most suitable equipment for our home. The installers came exactly on time. Dave an expert installer with over 40 years of experience was excellent, spent most of the day at our home, making sure everything was up and running 100 % as it should be. They removed all the old equipment and left the place clean and tidy. All the new equipment including the high tech new infiniti controller pad was explained to us very well. The Salesman, PJ , called us after the installation to confirm everything was to our satisfaction, he also is taking care of all the warranty registrations and rebates due to us. We are very satisfied with the service from sales to installation that AIreone has provided to us. Everything is running perfectly - thank you PJ and Dave!

Aireone installed our Furnace and A/C in 2007 and from that day to present through annual maintenance we have been very satisfied with the company, the equipment and service, the one time we had an issue they were very quick to address it. We specifically have our service done by Iman who does fantastic work, clean, thorough, offers tips and suggestions, etc. and genuinely cares about the customer and the equipment you invested in. To date another family member has also bought a full system from Aireone and also requests Iman with the same positive feedback.

AireOne has serviced our home's heating and air conditioning systems for many years. Whether a rare emergency call or the annual tune-up of both systems, their service technicians are knowledgable, on-time, and clean-working.

We have been very happy with our furnace and the regular service that Aire One provides. The servicemen always turn up when booked and leave the furnace room clean when they leave.

Aire One installed my furnace and A/C system several years ago plus do the yearly cleaning on both. The maintenance people are respectful of my home and courteous of my personal time. They're willing to answer any questions or concerns that I may have. I've never had any problems on a hot summer day or a cold winter night.

Had Benny come to take a look at our 30 year old Carrier furnace. Benny explained that it was time to replace it. We have saved money on the gas bill and it is a lot quieter.

My family had Bernie from Air One come to our home to replace our dead furnace. He was a no nonsense guy and really knew what he was talking about. The equipment was installed the next day and Dave the installer was clean and professional. These guys are great.

Aire One Peel is a wonderful company to do business with. They are knowledgeable, competitive pricing, punctual and truly go the extra mile to get the job done correctly. PJ came to our home to give us an estimate on a new furnace and A/C, he did a great presentation and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. Then he went down to the basement to look at my duct work to ensure there would be no issues with installation. We purchased a Carrier system as PJ recommended. The day of installation Mike and Adam came early in the morning and worked hard all day to finish the installation the same day, they were professional, Polite and answered all our questions patiently after the installation was completed. I can't recommend them enough. Our new Carrier system is fantastic and Dealing with Aire One is a pleasure. Why am I writing this review? Because they are that good.

I decided to go with Aire One for our furnace and a/c install in the house we just bought. The old units were on their way out anyway. I'd say we got a pretty good deal on the furnace and air conditioner, the salesman told us there were some good rebates available, and we were able to actually get a total of $1500 back in rebates whihc was great (softened the blow). We ended up with top-of-the-line equipment, some money back and good customer service, so we are happy. Would I recommend them? Yes
