Iman from aire one (Markham location) did our furnace tuneup. he was punctual, polite and professional. his honestly,thoroughness and thoughtfulness were duly noted. he was a great represent for aire one. i will ask for him again next time i wanted to do a service on my units. keep up the great work

i decided to replace the furnace and a/c system in my home. i got quotes from several companies. while aire one's quote was a bit higher than all of them, i was very impressed by the presentation made by their sales representative sam, as well as the reviews i found on the company.after a bit of price negotiation to get them closer to the other quotes, i decided the slight extra cost was worth it and i signed to go with aire one. i was very pleased with my experience with aire one.

Aire one installed our new high efficiency furnace. jay the installer was awesome. he was on time,courteous,paid great attention to detail and did a very neat job. he explained every thing about the new furnace to us. we are very happy with the work.

just one night in our new home convinced us that we could not survive without furnace. since the a/c was over 40 years old, it made sense to replace it at the same time. we contacted several firms for quotes and choose aireone because we were so impressed with Darren (sales man) . his sincerity and commitment to customer service was evident from the get go.he showed up within hours of initial contact,quickly evaluated the existing heating system, then took time to explain the different steps of the job. after we spended some time, i was confident that this is the company i would like to go with. next day the installation crew came and did a very clean and great job for me. the level of professionalism that they had was beyond expectation. i was very happy that i choose aireone. thanks guys for a great job and fast service. keep up the great work

I am very impressed by the professionalism, quality of work,responsiveness and value for money in the installation of a heating and cooling system by Aire One staff eddy (office and installation manager) Nasser and Hamid (installers). George (salesman) was knowledgeable, courteous and patient in explaining the products, sizing and installation considerations.i had obtained a quote from another company and it was significantly higher. my old units were over 20 years old and after i replaced them i have noticed a big difference in noise level. over all it was a great idea to replace it, cause i got to take advantage of the gov. rebates too. i am very happy that i picked Aire One for this job.

I went through Aire One heating and cooling inc to replace and install 2 new heating and 2 new cooling systems in my home.they responded to my inquiry promptly and in a very professional manner. i decided to go with them because i was very satisfied with the information and pricing i was given by Joseph (sales man). he seemed quite honest. they were also flexible in terms of setting up the installation day. the installers (Ben and helper) came on time and the installation went very smoothly and they were also very neat and professional. they cleaned the are after their work and also explained the operation of my new systems for me. what also was interesting for me was that two days after some one from Aire One office called and thanked me for the business and then asked if there was any thin they could help me with further. because i was happy with the service i got from Aire One, i referred my cousin to him that was also in market for a new system.

My husband and i were very happy with the amazing service Aire One Heating and Cooling provided us with. very fast and professional, john and his team surpassed our expectations. we have done all the work in our home and are perfectionists. we are always hesitant in seeking outside professionals for fear that they will not do a good enough job. well i am happy to report that we were extremely pleased with the Aire One job and will gladly recommend them to our friends.

I was actually referred to this company by my brother-in-law who installed a hot water tank and new furnace. They did a great install, clean work - i believe it was Adam who installed our furnace. The company is well run, we had a bit of an issue with the sealing of the joints in the ducts but they came same day and fixed up the little problem. I would refer more people to this company. I got estimates from other companies for lower prices, but I didn't get the same confidence from them as I did with Aire One. It's a big company not a "fly-by-night" company. They followed up two days after the install as well which was nice, I believe her name was Lina that called. A good experience over all and the added bonus was that they had a referral program so my brother-in-law got a little bonus as well.

this was our second furnace i bought from aire one.(different address) i had the same experience as before.they're professional,prices are great/fair. Sam is very knowledgeable and friendly. the installation crew was easy to talk to and did a clean job. we didn't even bother getting multiple quotes this time around, because we were so happy with the service we got last time. it is nice to see they are still consistently providing great services to their customers.

we have a new house and we didn't want the standard builder furnace & a/c. Aireone gave us the best package deal for furnace, a/c humidifier and air cleaner. Peter did a good job quoting us and Sal came and did a really clean and fast installation. We're happy we can move into our home now with peace of mind. They did all the work in one day and we got a follow up call a few days later. Seems like a good-running company!
