Darren was recommended to us by our friend who was very happy with aireone.when we called, Darren came right away an visited us. after spending time with us and explaining every thing and answering all our questions, we booked a day for installation of our new furnace,a/c and humidifier. the installers (Dave and his helper) were very nice and did a clean and fast job. over all we are happy and will for sure recommend them to all our friends.

Aireone was great to deal with. We had a problem with our oil furnace and we called aireone for service. They had a technician out the same day who told us we should probably start looking into a more high-efficiency furnace. We had wanted to replace our furnace for a gas furnace for a while but didn't know how we were going to get gas hooked up and a new furnace at once. Aireone was able to do the gas lines and install a new high efficiency furnace, and this all happened within 72 hours of my call. I was very impressed with the quality of service this company provides. I would thank Arben for his great help in quoting us for a furnace and adam and his helper were very clean and professional with the installation which was fast and efficient.

i needed to replace my furnace which was 23 years old. joseph the sales man was very knowledgeable and after looking at our house and asking what our budget was, he built a great package for us. the installer dave and his helper were very friendly and professional,tested the whole system when their work was done and clean up their work area. i will for sure recommend them to my neighbors and friends.

Aire One had prompt service and came to our home very quickly when we called. the sales man gave us a lot of good information. the installers were great too and on time which was great. both the installers and sales man were courteous and polite.

i was very happy with aire one service. every thing i read about the was right. their price was highly competitive (even cheaper in my case) there were no surprises. the installation manager (eddy) confirmed the installation the night before and installers (moe and helper) arrived on time and did a clean and fabulous job. their job took about 5 hours and they explained the operation of the equipment, specially the hrv, cause i did not had that unit before. they were very fast, punctual, friendly,skilled and they respected my property. over all i was glad to that i choosed aire one.

The installers from Aire One were on time and finished the job in just one day! The equipment works just as their consultant said it would, improving a lot the comfort in our house. Thank you Rick for insisting to have a humidifier installed! It made a huge difference! I shouldn't forget to mention how quiet the furnace is, as now we can't hear whether the furnace is on or off. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Aire One provided me with a fast, clean and professional installation of my furnace and a/c. We have a finished basement, and tiny spaces, but the installers were still able to get in and do a fantastic job. They provide free estimates too in-home which is great since we wanted to make sure we were getting the right products as this was a pretty big investment in our home. After the install, within one week we got a follow-up call asking us if we were satisfied with everything which was great. We had a question about the thermostat but it was answered promptly. They even called me today to remind me to register for my Carrier rebate which was great! Overall, a fantastic experience with this company, I'd recommend it to anyone.
