    Backwater Valve, Basement Apartment Separation, new 3/4" main Copper

    I had been doing a DIY plumbing job for a full gut job renovation of my house. The inspector informed me that since I had done some modifications to my basement plumbing I would now need to install a backwater valve (per the city bylaw). I also had a basement apartment which would require separate lines for the basement and upstairs systems. On my way to the house the next day I saw a Master Drain truck on my street and flagged them down. The foreman came over right away and had a look, then Vitaliy showed up a few hours later. He quoted the job on the spot, explained exactly how he would do the job and gave me a price. I got two other quotes, one much higher and one fairly similar but giving me less confidence. Vitaliy was extremely responsive, followed through on literally everything he said he would do and more, and the job was finished exceeding my expectations for time and quality. I also asked him to replace my main water line with 3/4" copper and they did it in a day, even managed to save my wife's boxwood plant that was in the path of destruction and returned the site to its original condition. These guys are good at what they do, take pride in their work, and I recommend them without hesitation.

    Replacing main drain pipe and installing Back Water Valve

    Master Drain and Water Works turned a nightmare into a pretty positive experience. My basement drain was leaking and I needed to get my very old clay drain pipes replaced. Master Drain came out to see me and give me an estimate in less than two hours and were there the next morning to start work. They arranged for the permit and inspection and even filled out the form for me to get a rebate from the city. The owner explained everything very clearly to me and the two men who came to do the work were really pleasant and nice. And when the work was done they cleaned everything up! If you have to get your pipes replaced - this is the company to call!

    Main drain broken

    Called this company late on a Thursday afternoon, they assessed my problem and had it fixed by the next day. They arrived when they said they would, were very professional and explained what they were doing.

    Drains

    Master Drain was the only company willing to come out at 10:00 p.m. The service was amazing. The plumber that arrived was courteous and professional. He worked until he fixed the problem and cleaned up afterwards. Master Drain also helped with another issue and did all of the paperwork for the rebate. I would definitely recommend this company.

    Water Main Replacement

    Vitaliy and his team made what could have been a really stressful situation virtually painless. Vitaliy came within 12 hours of me first contacting him to provide an estimate for the work. Out of two quotes we received he was the cheapest by far and his plan was the least invasive and disruptive as well. His team was punctual and very professional, getting everything completed in one day. Afterwards you can't even tell anything was done despite the huge hole they had to dig to do this work, it looks good as new! I will definitely use their services again.

    Water main pipe replacement

    We had a leak from the water main line into our basement. Vitaly came and quoted the job to replace the pipe to the city and was significantly better priced than a company we had used in the past to install a back water valve. He and his team came the next day to complete the work and they did a fantastic job. They were fast and effective and very clean. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has any plumbing issue. They were recommended to us by our contractor who is the best contractor in the city. (John Magic Construction) We are very pleased because Vitaly and his team took a stressful situation and made it easy!

    Highly Recommended

    We required plumbing services to reroute sump drainage pipes as ours were draining down our shared driveway which caused considerable ice formation in the winter and unsafe conditions. Vitaliy and his team were excellent. Their quote was the most reasonable (and significantly lower than the plumbing service we had used previously) and Vitaliy came to the house to do his assessment/quote THE SAME DAY that we initially called. The job was done in the time frame quoted, the area was cleaned afterward and everything is running well. We would absolutely hire Vitaliy again.

    Sump pump installation and related drainage work

    Laundry Tub Removal and Install of new One

    I highly recommend Master Drain! Vitaliy and his team came to my house to remove the Old laundry tub (The old concrete one) and install a new one as well as new pipes. They were on time and completed the job within the time frame they gave me. I will be using them again for any Plumbing needs I may have down the road.
