    Master Drain & Water Works - Total satisfaction

    I have used Vitaliy's services twice, once to install a sewage backup valve with back-up sump pump, and again to waterproof and lay weeping tiles along a very old wall under a long porch that created an almost inaccessible working space. In each case the work was done promptly, on time, professionally and at a reasonable price. Vitaliy is a perfect gentleman and a trust worthy businessman who automatically not only gives you all the information you need up-front and does a terrific job but also organizes permits and government incentives. I will be using his services again this summer on another job.

    Basement Drain repair, back flow valve installation

    Really impressed by the work done by Master Drain & Water Works! All work was done in a day and the rates were good. I was impressed by the attention to detail.

    Sewage Back Up Valve

    Engaged Master Drain & Water Works to install a sewage prevention valve for my home which was built in the late 1970's. Their response was immediate to my call, the cost and details were thorough and easy to understand and the work was done within a day of booking the time. The two man crew was efficient and courteous and the work was done with minimal disruption. All the paperwork (permits and city rebate documents) were handled by Vitaliy and I was able to file my rebate claim the same day that the work was completed. I was completely satisfied and would recommend Master Drain as a quality service provider.

    Clearout, back flow valve, and water service

    Contacted Vitaly through HomeStars on Sunday night at 6:30. He was at my door by 7:30 that evening to give a quote. Work started Monday morning and was completed within 5 days. He did all the work for getting permits etc. He also gave me the documentation to get the city of Toronto rebate for the backflow valve, and explained what I have to do to make sure the city fixed their part of the water service. He was in contact every day letting me know what they did, and what was going to be done tomorrow. Very happy with their service!

    Backflow Valve Installation and complete sewer line replacement

    Vasily was exact in his quote for both cost and time to completion. We wanted to install a backflow valve and replace ceramic sewer pipe at the same time. This involved digging into our basement floor from the back of the house right through the front and out into the yard. Vasily's crew kept the worksite clean and safe and tidied up after they were finished. An incredible amount of work done in a week and on budget. Thanks Vasily!

    back flow valve installation / main drain

    Great job, with minimal disruption, On time / On schedule / On budget. I would highly recommend Vitally and his company if you are considering a plumbing contractor for your drain works.

    snake backed-up drain

    I asked Vitaliy for an estimate and he came by promptly the next day and took a look at my backed up toilet. He gave me a few options and sent out for one of his co-workers who also arrived promptly, and did an amazing job snaking the backed-up drain after removing the toilet. It was full of roots from a nearby tree. It had to be snaked a few times to clear all of the blockages. The toilet appears to be free of leaks and is no longer backed up, so I'm very glad to see a dry bathroom floor and a fully functioning toilet. Very happy with this company's work, and commitment to solving this issue so quickly. I didn't expect a plumber to be available the next day, and I was pleasantly surprised! Really nice, down to earth people to work with. Thank you!!

    Driveway storm drain work.

    Vitaliy and his crew were great. I am very happy with the work they have completed on my driveway drain. What seemed like a very daunting job was completed quickly and very tidy. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vitaliy and his company.

    Water Service Pipe and Back Water Valve installed

    I had old lead water pipe and low water water presure, I called this company, at the same time of work, I ask them if back water valve for drain can be installed, all jobs was done, apply for permit, inspected, even applications for rebate was filed up. Thank you guys very much.
