    replace/upgrade city water intake line

    Vitaliy returned my call within a few hours and arranged to come to the house within a day to provide a quote. When we decided to go ahead he scheduled a crew for the next day. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work in the timeframe promised. The crew was curteous, professional and left the worksite neat and tidy. You would never know they had been here. From every measure, this firm is first rate. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Master Drain & Water Works.

    Replaced & Upgraded Frozen Main Pipe to City Curb Box

    We have no water supply for five days. We thought it was an internal frozen pipe which can be fixed easily. It turned out to be the exterior water pipe connected to the curb box. We contacted several plumbers with minimal response and unexperience. We contacted Vitaly and his team Valentin from Master Drain & Water Works/Strong Plumbing and immediately got a positive respond. They replaced the 1" pipe from the meter to the damaged curb box. We coordinated with the City which extremely helpful to resolve the curb box issue. They worked in extreme -20 degrees cold weather conditions in the 2.5 days process. Overall we are very pleased with the finish work. Thanks to all the hard & brave workers involved in this crucial project. We have multiple properties and will definitely consider using Vitaly and Valentin and their team again with no hesitation.

    Great work!

    All i can say is that Master Drain & Water Works (Vitaliy Dymchuk) Plumber installed new main water pipes coming in from the city into our home on May 2013. These guys were pro's!!! Great work and very quick. They were also extremely flexible because we had asked them to work around our front stair case and they did. This work was difficult because of the stair case obstacle. However, they were successful at doing so :) I highly recommend Master Drain & Water Works!!!!

    Drain system and broken pipe

    They did a very good job at our house . Re-did all of our palming and stopped the leakage. Fear price for the work they did and was really fast we were surprised! Very satisfied!

    Backed Up Sewer Line

    My tenant's toilet stopped flushing and after snaking it myself without any success of unplugging the drain, I called Master Drain and Water. Vitaliy and his team showed up ahead of schedule assessed the situation and provided me with a two part plan where if plan one worked I wouldn't have to pay for plan two. They started the work immediately and laid down sheets everywhere to ensure they didn't create a mess. Unfortunately plan one identified a large blockage in my front yard where a pipe had cracked and tree roots had grown in. As it was getting dark by this time, they came promptly the next morning, dug up my front yard (while it was snowing) and cut out the clogged pipe and replaced it with a new clean-out. They were knowledgeable, friendly (respectful), clean and efficient. And best of all very well priced. I would highly recommend them.

    install water pipe from city to house

    Had to replace my mother's house water pipe and remove some old galavanized pipe for new water meter installation. Vitalliy and his team arrived on time and finsihed job as described to me. They were hard working and did a very good job in mist of very cold Toronto weather in Jan 04 , 2014. Strongly recommend to give thme a call

    Back Water Valve

    Master Drain and Water Works were extremely polite, professional and helpful. They are knowledgeable and excellent at what they do. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs. Ask for Vitaliy, you will NOT be disappointed.

    SFD - Detached. Back Water Valve.

    Master Drain and Water Works provided me with exactly the service I needed in a punctual manner. The price was agreeable, and the work done was exactly as requested and up to standard.

    Upgrade water service

    I was very pleased with the work done by this company. We had our water service replaced and increased to 3/4" copper. The workmen were very neat and tidy in our basement and they did an excellent job returning the lawn to its original condition.

    replace lead pipe from house to city property

    I had to replace the water lead pipe coming in from the city into my house. I thought that I was going to have a huge problem and a lot of work before Christmas. I got there # through a friend who was also satisfied with their work. They came in replaced the pipe in several hours. They were friendly, professional, and very clean. ANYONE who needs a good plumber go to the best its Master drain & water works.
