We were looking at re-insulating the attic and discovered we had a mold issue. After contacting Elemental, Neal was very timely in his response as well as courteous and accommodating. He explained and addressed our issues at an extremely competitive price.

My husband called and left a message and his call was returned very promptly. John came to our home the next morning right on time and checked everything for us and gave us a quote. We immediately liked him and found him to be very honest and helpful. He explained everything to us and also gave us a letter with the information we needed along with a written quote. We would recommend this company to anyone who required asbestos or mould removal. We found them professional and honest. We were so comfortable with him that he seems like an old friend not someone we had just met. He knows his stuff and is really a very nice guy. Thank you John for all of your help with our problem and we will recommend you for sure.

We called Elemental Restoration when our basement flooded. Neal's team came within the hour and were amazing. They dealt directly with our insurance company which saved us a lot of stress. When the time came to rebuild our basement, John and his team did an amazing job. We highly recommend their services.

Upon a home inspection on the sale of our house we were shocked to discover mold in the attic. Neal came to quote on the work. He put any fears we had to rest and explained the entire process. The job was awarded to Elemental Restoration and they commence the mold remediation within the week. All individuals involved in the process were courteous and respectful of our property. Everything was done that needed to be done; mold remediation, new baffles to provide sufficient & proper air flow and proper ventilation of the bathroom exhaust fans which had caused our problem. I must say I am very impressed with the team at Elemental Restoration. I contact John on the Monday evening and he was at my house the next day. He was very thorough in his assessment of my house; he provided me a fair quote for the work that needed to be completed. Even though it was a busy Holiday Season when I contacted him, they were able to come in and get the job done in a timely manner. I think John and his team did an excellent job on the content cleanup that needed to be done. They had a lot of rooms to complete and had a lot to get rid of and a great deal to clean up, they did a great job and I thank them for their hard work. It was a pleasure dealing with John and his team.

We have an office location and we used our large basement for a filing storage area. We had 3 floods over the course of a year and ended up with mold and all our files being comprimised. John and his team responded very quickly and guided us professionally throughout the entire procedure. It was a monumental task to have the contents of the entire basement removed but John's team came in and looked after everything in very quick order. Their courtesy and professionalism was most appreciated. We had to rely on John on numerous occasions to obtain guidance and advice on how to proceed. He always responded immediately and directed us in the proper direction or obtained the information that we required. John also assisted in helping us to have the files cleaned and restored. He recommended a company to do the work, obtaining a storage pod to store the files and then making sure we received the best quote possible to have the work completed. He looked after all the details of getting the job done which assisted us tremendously!! We would highly recommend John and Elemental Restoration and sincerely appreciated all the assistance we received in tackling this overwhelming and serious problem.
