We had our home with our 11month old Daughter full of Black Mold, Neal was the gentleman I dealt with and he educated me on the safety and steps to deal with this problem he was very kind, caring, professional and trusting, the company came is and was very respectful of my belongings and of my home, This was not something I thought I would ever run into but Neal assured me that this things happen all the time and the first step is finding a solution and that set my mind at ease, it was like he was a very close friend or family member. Would I recommend this company to others for sure, Thanks for everything.

We contacted Elemental Restoration due to leak issues we found in our basement foundation wall, we had some water proofing companies in prior for estimates and due to the costs involved from these estimates we felt that the basement should be inspected further. Neal arrived at our home and assessed the issues in our basement in which he found through Infra Red camera inspection the areas that had been leaking where from small cracks that could be fixed internally instead of from the exterior. This saved us thousands in repair costs, Neal also referred us to companies that where more cost effective than the other estimates we received. I would highly recommend Neal and Elemental Restoration for there professionalism, integrity and knowledge of these types of issues. Thank you Neal.

Earlier in October our furnace pump stopped working and the water flooded the utility room and finished area of our home. After contacting a few companies that wanted to charge us to come and look at the damage we found Elemental Restoration who came out to our home accessed the damages and explained what was to done next. They explained there plan to clean up the water and remove the mold in a way we would understand leaving us with the comfort that it was being done professionally and properly. I would recommend Neal and his Team to anyone who has a mold or water damage issue. After the cleaning was completed Neal also provided us with an estimate to repair the damages and helped us deal with our insurance company regarding the claim. Thanks Neal!

I highly recommend Elemental Restoration and John Bonifacio for mold testing, cleaning and removal. I hired John when I discovered black mold in my basement, resulting from a crack in the foundation. He quickly assessed the problem, tested the area and air quality and provided me with a plan for action. John took the time to explain the different molds as well as health issues surrounding contamination. He is extremely organized and reliable and used appropriate containment and removal procedures. John’s work passed third party testing and inspection with flying colors and the repair was of excellent quality, on time, and within the estimate provided. When I discovered I had mold in my attic I immediately began to get quotes from remediation companies. I scoured the internet and phonebook and every quote was WAY out of my price range. I finally stumbled upon Elemental Restoration and was introduced to John Bonifacio, a mold remediation specialist. John was straightforward, knowledgeable and extremely accomodating. He and his team worked quickly and with minimal disruption to my family. The quality of the work is outstanding. Not only was the mold removed, but they left the attic in probably the best condition it has ever been in. I was amazed at the work and customer service, but I was totally astonished with the price. The final price was practically HALF of what all the other remediation companies were asking for. The Elemental Restoration crew with John Bonifacio leading the way, did a fabulous job at removing mold in our crawl space, spraying everything, digging where it needed it, repairing joists and foundation and installing a vapour barrier. The workers were fantastic and worked very efficiently. All our questions were answered and everything was explained each step of the way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone with tough jobs like the one we had!

We moved into our new home with mold in the basement. We were told it was cleaned up, but hired John to come in and get a second opinion. He came in and did some tape lifts and spent a great deal of time with us educating us on the problem in our home. Mold can be a scary thing, and he never made us fear the worst, as our situation was not a horrible one, just one that should be cleaned up properly. We found John to be great. Always quick with emails, phone calls and results. He even offered to meet with our builder and us at no extra charge, just to be the informed one on our behalf. Unfortunately the builder chose who did the remediation (their own company) so we didn't get a chance to use ER on that, but truthfully, I would have been more confident if we were able to. I just got the results back today and am sending them to John to check out for us. I am not really happy with them, and John will be coming in to do another air test for us. Don't fear in using Elemental Restorations. Totally professional in every way!

We learned of a mould issue in our attic after a home inspection while trying to sell our home. After calling a few companies and speaking to a few people we weren't happy with what we were hearing and all of the mixed advice. John was recommended by an agent that had used him for her own house and we gave him a call. We heard back from him right away, he came to check the job right away and gave us a detailed quote and we were able to know exactly what was going to be done. We picked the start date and he was able to accommodate that. All of the people doing the job were efficient, clean and friendly. The work was always cleaned up at the end of each day and they always let us know what was going on and how long they would be there for etc. They were on-time every day. The work was completed exactly when John said it would be done and we have been very happy with the results. I would recommend John and his company for any work that you would need to be completed, We don't have a lot of experience hiring professionals to do a job so we were a little nervous with all the horror stories you hear about but John and his company couldn't have been easier to work with.
