I was having electrical wiring issues in a new house I purchased. I had my good friend (who is a master electrician) come over and take a look and he was stumped. I called Robart and they sent Todd over to take a look, in less than 1 hour he had it figured out and working properly. He was very quick on he feet and mindful of not making too much mess during his investigation.

Rob was efficient, friendly and did a terrific job, even after the work wS complete, I called with unrelated questions and I received a prompt, helpful call back, I would DEFINITELY hire again for any electrical project!

Dealing with Robart Electrical Services has been nothing but a pleasure even when there were some small hiccups. With every question I've had, I've had quick answers from each person I dealt with. Mindy understood my safety concern over the aluminium wiring and even though they were booking 3 weeks out, she put me on a cancellation list just in case something earlier came up. When it did, I was absolutely thrilled to be able to get the work done sooner. Chris answered a lot of my questions over the phone during the quote and was really informative and kind. When I had more questions after initially talking with Chris, Mindy had Rob email me explaining things a little bit more that I was able to pass over to my boyfriend for reassurance that this company was well prepared and educated. When Ryan and his partner were over working on the conversion, they were very professional and funny. When they missed a switch, Mindy was quick to respond to my very late night email and have Nathan show up the next day before noon to have that completed. That impressed me so much! I knew I had asked for them to try and get there the next day so that I wouldn't miss any more work but I really didn't expect it to happen, so when it did... well. I felt very valued. A few days later, I was a little bummed out about my bill (who wouldn't be) but I paid it. After speaking with some friends, I realized something was amiss with the amount on my bill, so I contacted Mindy once again to express my concern. She passed me over to Rob to have it figured out and Rob agreed that it was incorrect and they refunded me what was overpaid with prompt apologies. Rob is a real sincere guy and it was an absolute pleasure to talk to him. I would 110% use this company again and easily recommend this company to everyone I know. They really care about you as a customer and that is something incredibly special to find in a company.

Had an emergency, they were booking 2weeks out. Mindy tried to trouble shoot over the phone for me, when it did not work she had Chris stop by after a job , Chris went above and beyond, identified the problem . Highly recommend for efficiency, helpfulness and caring.

From quote to final completion. A friendly and professional job. The young male and female electrician(I had to leave and unfortunately didn't get their names) did a good job and left everything neat and tidy. The giftbasket was a nice touch Thanks

The dining room lights would not come on. Todd was efficient, knowledgeable and very personable. He was able to quickly determine the likely area of problem and repair it. Todd also took the time to explain his process and ensured the area he worked in was left in a clean condition. Thanks John

I took down old light fixtures and installed new ones. The wires coming out the ceiling were a little short so I did not know what to do. I phoned Robart Electrical . Office staff were very helpful after I explained my problem asked if I wanted to have somebody walk me through how to connect new light. I said I think I would prefer to have someone come out but was very nice of her to offer. She gave me a price and arranged for service call. Todd came over and was able to retrieve more cable and trace wires to rewire lights.This saved me having to run a new cable.Todd was very knowledgeable and polite. Also a hard and steady worker. I would definitely recommend Robart Electrical to others.Thanks again for a job well done.

I was very pleased with the professional and dependable service recently provided by Robart Electric, from the estimate through to project completion. The electrical upgrade and additional tasks were performed by Chris and his team in a friendly, organized, and efficient manner. I was particularly impressed with Chris' organizational and problem-solving skills, great assets when working on an old home. They certainly receive my recommendation.

My bother in law recommended Rob. He sent out a young man named Todd. He was very knowledgeable and very hard working. He finished the job, cleaned up the work area and presented a very reasonable bill. We are very impressed with this company and especially Todd. We will be having more work done and we have no doubt who we will be calling.

Contracted Rob and his crew to provide the electrical to my new garage. I have known the family for a number of years and am always worried about having friends do work for me but had a lot of faith in Rob himself. I am so glad that I did! Not only was the quote fair but the guys were right on time to get started and while doing the walk around found that the wiring for the furnace was missed on the quote. The words from Chris were "not a problem we will take care of that" and so they did. On coming home from work that very same day not only did I find a perfectly wired garage with every single plug and light exactly where I had asked but I am positive they even cleaned up some of the previous contractors mess before they left. I would easily recommend Rob and his crew anytime and will be sure to be calling him back when it comes time to do the reno in my house. Thanks guys it's great!
