Reply created 21 Aug 2014Thank you Aaron for being so honest. I apologize for the missed shavings. When we vacuum and sweep at the end of a job once in a while something may be missed. As far as the flickering pot lights I thought when I came out to fix them the problem was resolved. I will personally attend to it and make sure you are well looked after. The curry peanuts, chocolates and 16 oz Robart cups are the best. We gave out over 120 gift baskets for service upgrades last year alone. Rob
