Cosmopolitan's experience shows in their excellent workmanship, attention to detail and recommendations. Out of all contractors I worked with, Aiad has been the most responsible and accommodating, easy to deal with, profressional and prompt both online and in person. Special requests outside stucco work was accomodated with 3d party with same level of commitment. I only wish my other interior contractors worked the same way as Aiad from Cosmo. A++.

Aiad demonstrated knowledge of the Durabond stucco system, was attentive to my concerns and provided sound advice, timely in project completion, extremely profession and prompt in his communications. He finished the job on time as committed to and left a clean site. Very happy with the outcome.

We had several contractors giving us a quote for our stucco project. Aiad demonstrated deep knowledge for this type of project, patience in explaining the process to clients that are new to this, provided detailed quote with various scenarios (i.e.: with or without styrofoam insulation, different type of styrofoam), and of course reasonable price. Aiad and his crew started the job the date he promised to start it. Through out the execution of the project Aiad was on site making sure that quality of job was impeccable . They finished the job in time as promised. The site was left clean as it was before starting the job. Aiad made sure that we got the right support for the aluminum work and sealing. Our house does look much better and is much more efficient in terms of energy. Aiad's suggestion to add window and side moulding to all sides made such a tremendous difference to how our house looks now. We look forward to have Aiad help us with our indoor renovation in our kitchen next summer. Keep it up Aiad.

We were extremely satisfied with the exterior stucco repairs that Aiad and his crew from Cosmopolitan Construction recently did on the exterior of our home in Oakville. Aiad was a delight to work with, the job was started on time, completed on time to our satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them.

I called Aiad for a quote , he showed up same day, provided a very reasonable cost, and within 5 days of coming out he had my building completed. Wow! Working with Aiad has been by far the best experience we have had with our major home renovation/remodel. We had a botched job from a previous contractor that most contractors did not even want to touch. We finally received 3 proposals, with Cosmopolitan's price being the best and Aiad having demonstrated a great level of knowledge and confidence during the walk through. So, after checking his references and one of their previous projects, we decided to award the project to him. The project started right on time and actually finished 4 days ahead of schedule! They worked around the clock, including the weekend, to make sure the project finished as soon as possible and with minimum disturbance to us. Aside from being very punctual, Aiad was extremely accommodating and helpful, always with a smile if I may add. He also has a great eye for detail and some great suggestions if you're looking for some architectural accents that separate your stucco project from others. His great work ethics coupled with his caring attitude, meant that he treated this project as if he was doing stucco on his own house. He made sure we were happy with every little thing throughout the entire process and I must say that the finished product is absolutely TOP NOTCH as far as workmanship is concerned. All in all, we're not only delighted with the new look for our house and how this project was executed, but we feel that we have made a good friend that we will be happy to recommend to anyone. I wanted to change the look of my brick which was done by the builder 7 years ago because it was not matching in addition to the more luxurious look of the stucco, Aiad along with his hard working crew did an amazing job getting the house the look that I wanted, they finished the job in a timely manner and left everything behind clean and organized. It was a pleasure to deal with Cosmopolitan Construction and highly recommend them.

I have been looking for some time to have my house insulated. House was built in 1897 and has no insulation at all. I upgraded my windows with triple pane glass from Gem Window. Love them. I contacted Aiad and discussed my vision and what i wanted. He explained how he would do the project. My concern was with any future water damage that could take place and damage the walls. Aiad showed me how he would make it a sealed job at all the joints and window spot where water might build up. I will have an R 9 value with the insulated walls. Plus it looks so good. Very happy with the work I plan to do the garage next spring. Aiad is a craftsman and professional.

Aiad did a great Job repairing our damaged stucco and EIFS. He was very friendly and provided a fair price to complete the job. I was very impressed with Aiad's workmanship and knowledge about Stucco products. I would highly recommend Aiad for any Stucco related jobs.
