    Entire facade remodel

    After contacting multiple companies in the GTA, we decided to go with Aiad and his company. From the moment Aiad came for an estimate, we knew we wanted him to complete the renovation on our house. We hired Cosmopolitan to add stucco and stone veneer to the facade of our house. The entire process from start to finish was seamless and executed professionally-it truly exceeded my expectations. He helped us select the best suitable moulding, stucco, and stone to best match our existing brick colour and style of the house. Once the work began according to the agreed-upon start date, his crew didn’t stop amazing us. They cleaned up after themselves daily and would check in with us at the end of each day to answer any questions or address any issues. Upon completion of the stucco and stone, Aiad ensured everything is caulked to perfection. He even had his guy come back to add caulking around the plug cap by the front door. Aiad and his crew showed so much attention to detail and care, even after the job was finished- a rare find these days. Aiad has truly helped us materialize our vision and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. We would wholeheartedly recommend Cosmopolitan to anyone looking for a “facelift” and quality workmanship to last a lifetime.

    Job Well Done

    Aiad was great to work with. Very clear with the scope and very professional, client-centred approach. Even though I was very nervous about such a big job...a complete refacing of my house in stone and stucco...Aiad was very patient with me, answering all my questions and dealing with all my changes in direction. As for the job, the quality of workmanship was great, the job was fast, and the clean up was very thorough. The few small follow up items I did have were handled very quickly and efficiently. All in all - from beginning to end - it was a great experience. Nelson

    Whole House re Stucco

    Aiad and his crew were on time as promised EVERY day, the job was done very professionally and again ON TIME a RARITY THESE DAYS!!!!!!!! the house looks beautiful and the neighbors and passersbys' comment on the looks. Aiad is very accommodating and is always requesting feed back as the job progresses, "if something is wrong or you don't like I'll fix it!!!" NO surprises with this company ONLY ONE they do what and when they promised and put in their contract.

    Repair after balcony rebuild

    I needed to have a balcony rebuilt in the back of my house. It had been poorly done 20 years ago when townhome was built. It was quite a bit of work as I needed a few different contractors. Framer, roofer, stucco and flashing. Aiad and Cosmopolitan was recommended by the firm that built the new balcony. There was repair of stucco on house and relatively extensive work to balcony. They built columns, designed curves and features to make our rebuild look like (but better) than the original. Showed up when promised and finished quickly. And Aiad even organized the aluminum guy which was the last step in the process. Pleased to have had them here.

    Whole Home Stucco - Amazing Job

    I can't say enough about how happy we are with the job that Aiad and his team did in updating our home from Vinyl/Aluminum siding to Stucco. Aiad and his team were amazing in all aspects of the job. They were extremely professional to work with and showed an incredible amount of skill/pride in their work. I would highly recommend Cosmopolitan Construction!

    Stucco repairs

    We recently replaced all the windows in our house. As the project progressed we realized that some of the stucco and boards would need to be repaired after the new windows were installed so I contacted several stucco companies. Aiad came out to look at our property in mid-February, gave us a written quote and said to call him when we were ready to have the work done. After the window project was complete Aiad and his team came out and repaired the stucco and boards as agreed. Aiad arrived on a Saturday afternoon to erect scaffolding then returned Monday morning to start the work. Stucco work, painting and caulking were all done by Tuesday afternoon. Aiad reduced our agreed to price because he had less work to do than originally expected which was a bonus for us. The team were very polite, efficient and did an amazing clean up job. I would highly recommend Aiad and Cosmopolitan Construction for any new stucco work or repairs to your existing stucco.

    Stucco repairs

    Aiad and his team did a great job repairing some holes in our stucco and although Aiad stressed that matching the paint color would be a challenge, I think he did an excellent job of blending the work in. Aiad was very professional and detailed with his quote and the work he did was of the same high quality. Definitely recommend, great experience.

    excellent job

    Aiad and his team did an excellent job, they work quickly and very cleanly. They protected all windows and the floor before starting work. They were all very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend him!

    Excellent Job

    We had the front of our house stuccoed two years ago by Cosmopolitan Construction and they did an excellent job. We decided to have the rest of the house done this year, and it has just been completed. They did another excellent job. Their quality is top notch, they are very tidy, and they deliver on what they promise. We have had numerous contractors work on our property over the years, and they are by far the best we have ever had. I highly recommend them.

    Front facing stucco

    Aiad and his team did an amazing job with the stucco on our house. He came out for a free estimate and sent us a detailed quote. I appreciated that Aiad and his team showed up exactly when they said they would. If it was a 7:30am start, they were here at exactly 7:30am to start. The entire project took only a few days. Aiad and his team took care to ensure that windows and doors were covered. They also left a clean worksite when they left. It was a pleasure to work with Aiad. I would definitely recommend him!
