    Furnace HVAC system

    HVAC noisy furnace is now being resolve to my satisfaction and great communications with tech on the problem Napoleon unit. All repair attempts pointed to a furnace fault which could not be remedied. Stirling now working to expedite this.

    Air Conditioner installation

    I called Martino and had them install my Air Conditioner. The friendliness of my sales associate Adam Saunders was great. The installers arrived on time and were at my home for a few hours. They explained everything to us and changed my thermostat to celsius like I asked. They cleaned up and were very professional

    Humidifier installation

    Called Martino for price and installation of a humidifier for our new home (they installed our HVAC). Although their price was about $100 higher than other companies, we chose them as we had a positive 1st experience with them. I was impressed with the young installer, as he was very polite, patient, effecient, explained how the system worked and showed me how I would use it. He also pointed out a few other things with the furnace that I appreciated.

    Furnace repair

    So our furnace stopped during the night which left a cold house on one of the coldest days. Got in contact with Martino HVAC. They gave me an afternoon window fit that day. Got a follow up call letting me know when they were 1/2 an hour away. The guys name was Yedzi, and let me say he was fantastic from start to finish. From the moment he opened the furnace it was apparent he knew his stuff inside out, quickly found the problem, and was quick to replace the motor. He was pleasant to talk to and knowledgable in answering all my questions. With an experience like this I most definitely would recommend this company and wouldnt hesistate to use them again myself. As my home warranty insurance covered the cost all I had to pay was thr $50 deductible.

    Complete satisfaction with new HVAC system and ductwork.

    furnace and air conditioner inspected and cleaned

    We have had our furnace cleaned by Martino Contractors for the last 6 years, 4 years with the old furnace which we never had a problem with because it was always inspected and cleaned every year by Chris, one of there technicians. He is very thorough and can answer any question that might pose a problem. He also inspects our air conditioner and lets us know if it is running properly. I would strongly recommend this company and technician to any of my friends or neighbours.

    Annual Maintenance

    Martino Contractors have installed HVAC systems at three different properties for us and have done an amazing job every time. They are very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. We recently had annual maintenance completed and the technician (Kyle) was great. We even received a follow call from service manager Chris to ensure that we were happy with the service.

    Furnace Installation: Scarborough, Ontario.

    Our 15 years old furnace broke down. We called Martino Contractors to help us out. Scott and JP arranged a technician to come in next day for diagnostics. The technician Scott is knowledgeable, after testing reported heat exchanger was cracked. Scott gave us the estimate. After discussions with JP it was agreed in the long run it is more economical to replace the furnace. JP arranged smooth installation of the GMEC960805CX80,000 BTU furnace on October 07/2016. Tom and Todd came on time installed and explained everything. They were very knowledgeable. After installation they left the site very clean. Service is excellent 24/7 and we are completely satisfied. We will recommend to any body 100% for Martino's services. Thanks to Martino Contractors and their staff.

    Maintenance

    I had my annual furnace maintenance and I must say the best worker by far that does his job very good is Jake Rideout. I am very happy with Martino.

    New furnace

    Jake the technician was very insightful outlining various options and benefits available for our heating needs. He was not pushy at all, He explained what needed to be brought up to code, size we need, etc. and suggested we review the brochures first and if we had any further questions to feel free to contact him. We did our research and went with them and would highly recommend Martino HVAC services to our friends.
