New Air Conditioner Install - Service was great from sales to install. Sales department help determine the correct unit for my house. Installers were knowledgeable, courteous and tidy. I would recommend Martino HVAC to others.

I contacted Dave's Ducts who put me in touch with Martino HVAC, and I have to say, these are some of the nicest, most prompt and honest folks I have ever hired. They responded to my request online and over the phone immediately, were kind on the phone and offered same-day service on two occassions, and finished the work quickly. Dan got our furnace working in minutes and was a joy to talk to. I will definitely be contacting them in the future for all of my heating/cooling needs. Thank you!

I hired Martino because of the reviews, and the fact that the quote was all inclusive. A last-minute Daikin rebate brought the quote on par with competitors. The salesperson, JP, however, did not know the products and installation as well as the other companies who quoted the job. The whole process took four separate visits to my home, which is totally unnecessary when the right people show up when they should. Communication was weak after I signed the “contract”, with texts and calls left unanswered. There has been zero follow up on warranty, servicing or assistance. The best part of the job was the installers Todd and Emmet, who worked hard and efficiently, for eight consecutive hours. I’m very happy with their work. I would recommend hiring Martino with a few tweaks.

We have used the services of Martino's in the past and were highly satisfied. When our air conditioning broke on a Saturday morning in the heat of the summer, we didn't hesitate to call Martino's. The serviceman arrived by noon and advised us that the ac was beyond repair. By Monday night, the sales rep had come over and we signed to replace both the ac and the furnace. Our service was quickly scheduled and within a couple of days, we thankfully had ac again. We highly recommend Martino's - they are our contractor of choice. They provide excellent customer service and their servicemen are very knowledgeable . Call them if you require HVAC - you won't be dissapointed.

We moved into a 22 year old home with original units. Martino HVAC installed new furnace, air conditioner to a new location and added a new fireplace and gas line. Everything was done in 2 days. The guys did an amazing job. Everyone was very courteous, professional, clean and efficient! We are very satisfied with all our new units, the service and installation. We highly recommend them.

From our first contact with sales rep Adam Saunders to the install by Brent and Tom just 4 days later, we were and are very pleased with everything!! Our house is nice and cool, the unit is quiet ...couldn’t be happier. Thank you Martino HVAC!!

Martino Hvac came to our new home and did the balancing and made the proper adjustments. We then had the install a new Ecobee 3 thermostat. After the heating season, they came and tested the A/C. and recommended we change the air filter. They did and the charge was fair as I did not have to go out and buy one. They have since serviced our unit and shown use the same courtesy, respect and knowledge that we expect from them. We recommend Martino to our family and friends. Thanks Mitch Tessis

We hired Martino HVAC to install a new AC unit in our home. The salesperson was very professional. The technician arrived on time and he finished in a timely manner. They provided good workmanship when closing the unit with sheet metal. The AC unit has been working without any issues.

Our AC broke during a recent heat wave and we asked Martino for a quote after they determined the unit could not be repaired. Martino provided 4 options and we chose the model that we could afford. Price was reasonable, they arrived when then said they would and installation was quick. Very satisfied with the quality of work.

5 stars all around. Martino was quick to respond and install, all staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and the cost was the lowest we obtained after getting quotes from 3 different companies. We are incredibly satisfied.
