He found several minor issues and fixed them with no additional cost. He patiently explained to me how furnace works and what I should pay attentions to. I had an issue with my thermostat. I went online and called a few contractors who all shut me down and wanted me to pay for a technician to come out before even hearing my situation. I found this company based on the reviews and now see why they are rated so high. I spoke to a gentleman named Sonny who not only listened to my complaint patiently but also took the time to help me figure out what my issue was. Turned out i didnt need someone to come out and he has helped me save a fortune by assisting me over the phone. Salesperson was informative, and no pressure. Technicians were great, cleaned up after themselves, and tried to make as little noise as possible since my little one was napping. :) -- highly recommended!Answer from pro:

On a Sunday with the ice storm/freezing weather our furnace stopped blowing heat. Called Martino HVAC and a they took details and a technician called me 5 minutes later. Listened to my explanation and said he'd visit within the hour. He arrived when he had promised, quickly found the problem and was able to make a temporary fix to get the furnace working until a new part (control board) can be ordered next week. House was getting warm again 2 hours after I had first called. Excellent service in horrendous weather. 5 stars.Review from harman rai harman rai

Contacted Martino HVAC as my furnace stopped working. Was still under the builder warranty. They were out the same day and he was able to fix the issue within minutes. Very satisfied with the service.Review from Diana Diana

Our home furnace stopped working in March. I called for service in the morning and the technician Matthew was here that same day in the afternoon. The technician is very personable and conducted his work in a very professional manner, Matthew diagnosed the problem right away and resolved it without any issues. On one of the coldest days of the year, our furnace broke. After lots of poor service from Reliance, our neighbour recommended Martino HVAC. Well, they actually recommended Prima Air, who has now part of the Martino Group of Companies. Communications with Martino were very good: We started by submitting an inquiry on the website. That was followed-up by a friendly phone call, and then they paged someone to give us a quote on a Saturday afternoon! The installers from Marino were clean, thorough, and did a really nice job installing a new, high-efficiency Goodman furnace. They even noticed an error in the installation of our Reliance Hot Water tank, and fixed it at no extra cost! I don’t hesitate to recommend their services!Answer from pro:
