New furnace installed
I had called to have my furnace checked out as it stopped working on November 10th , they sent some one out right away and the technician discovered that I needed a new furnace, the technician called his office and had them send a rep out to give me quote. The rep came out before 3pm that day and I ordered a new furnace. The furnace was installed the Monday, the installers arived on time and did the re and re work they worked clean were extremely professional . I would highly recommend Martino’s to any one that needs HVAC service or new install . That also installed a new fireplace for me . I give them a perfect 10 any day.

Martino HVAC
Service was good and representive was very knowledgeable and answered questions with thorough explanations. Air conditioning and heating is even around the house and pretty consistent, would recommend to others.

Furnace Replacement - Unbeatable Service
Our Carrier furnace broke after 15 years. We needed to replace the furnace immediately especially when my wife is 8 months pregnant. We called Reliance, Enercare, and Costco. All three provided a ridiculous cost and poor service package. I searched online and came across Martino Contracting on Homestars. I read the positive reviews and decided to call them. The sales rep, Adam, was extremely helpful and very patient with us. We asked Adam about 3,000 questions and he answered them all without any signs of frustration. When Adam provided us with the quote, the service package, and the warranty on the Goodman furnace, we could not believe it. The package also included EcoBee3 smart thermostat, which was a sweet bonus. As soon as we signed the papers, we had Todd and Jordan the next day install the furnace for us. They did a wonderful and a professional job with the installation. They even cleaned the area after the installation was completed! Right after the installation of the furnace was complete, we had Dan come over to complete the installation of the EcoBee3 smart thermostat. Dan was professional and answered all our questions on how to setup the thermostat, especially on our phones. I must say that I very rarely come across a Canadian company who is truly genuine in servicing their customers. Their number one priority is customer satisfaction, to which they have achieved successfully. I wish other organizations whose number one priority is revenue and money to learn from these guys. I will definitely recommend Martino Contracting to family and friends. Thank you Adam, Todd, Dan, and Jordan for a job well done! TIP: Check with your gas company for Government rebates.

furnace, new AC, humidifier
Martino installed a new AC (only had window units before) and high efficiency furnace (to replace mid-efficiency), and a new humdifier. I was impressed with them in almost everything they did. Adam who gave us the quote was very knowledgeable and very helpful and patient, answering our many questions as we tried to decide which company to go with. After we signed with Martino, he was still just as dedicated to answering questions and supporting us. He really knew his stuff. Where other companies were promising rebates on things that actually would not have gotten rebates (the rebates had expired and we would have only found out months after the install), Adam was clear and honest from the beginning, telling us what rebates we would (and would not) get and which ones were worthwhile. He also knew his code requirements very well. They sent four workers (Todd, Nicholas, Jordan and Anthony), who all seemed skilled, friendly, polite and helpful. I was impressed that they didn’t take short cuts to make the work quicker (e.g., pull down old interlocking ceiling tiles versus trying to pull wire between the joists above it). I could tell it was not easy pulling the wire (for the new AC hook up – in a home from the 60s), but they got it done with minor disturbances to the existing ceiling. They did an excellent job installing. They removed a bit of interlocking brick outside and did some digging to get the patio stone for the AC level and neatly in place. It looks very good. They were neat, efficient and cleaned up well after themselves. When they were done, they explained and showed me how to use and care for everything. I was very impressed with Martino Contractors. I only hope the Goodman furnace, AC and the humidifier they installed do as well! I would not hesitate to use them again.

Air conditioner install
I found Martino HVAC to be a very professional company. Their service people were friendly and highly skilled. They arrived promptly at the appointed time and I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

GAS FURNACE
i chose Martino HVAC because the salespereson was very knowledgeable about specific details regarding the installation of my particular furnace. The price was reasonable and he did not try to oversell a combo of other items. The installers came early and were very professional. The work appeared to be done well. I even got a tip on fireplace maintenance not related to the new furnace.

Humidifier
We have been with Martino since we moved into our home. They have been great with customer service and when putting the humidifier on the furnace the technician took the time to explain the steps how to work the system we also had the furnace serviced for the winter. We will continue to use and recommend them to our friends.

Replace mid efficiency with a high efficiency furnace.
Needed to replace my furnace due to cracks in the heat exchanger. Contacted 3 companies one of which was Martino HVAC. Really impressed by the customer service. The salesman Adam was extremely professional. The price was excellent as was the financial payment plan. I have recommended them to friends.

Furnace , Air conditioning unit and HVAC installation and annual service
Martino installed the heating and cooling system in our new home. Their technicians have been extremely helpful in responding to our inquiries about managing the new system. The system has worked extremely well and the service technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.

AC Installation
Martino provided excellent service when technician came to install AC for my house. Their customer service department gave a good recommendation for the right model my house need and their technician did professional job onsite.
