Excellent and top notch service with responsive communication; had ordered the 13 SEER AC, but due to manufacturer not having in stock, was upgraded to 14.5 SEER at no extra cost. Also replaced my own thermostat (came back 2 times due to issue with thermostats itself.) This is a excellent company and def recommend. They also installed our humidifier. 10/10.

I bought a new home and had to put in a AC unit. I did my research and had a wide range of quotes from $1700 to $5000. I decided to go with Craig, because of the reviews on this site as well as a lot of people in my neighborhood had went with him. His quote, was also not he lowest or the highest. The process of getting the installation booked was quite smooth and I am thankful that Craig was able to fit me in with a few days notice! He saved me as I needed the unit in as I was having a party the very next day. My house went from 28 degrees to 18 degrees in one night...my guest truly appreciated the cool air :) The installation was very smooth as well. My installer was Nick and I can't remember who his assistant was. But they were both very professional and Nick spent the time to answer all of my questions, and I had QUESTIONS! He also walked me through ways to run my AC unit more effectively. All in All I am satisfied with the service I have received so far. Though it really has only been a few days since my A/C unit has been installed. I am hoping that the service I have received so far will continue over the years...especially if I require service on my unit.

Excellent service and professional installation. Prompt, courteous from the initial call to completion. Initial estimate over the phone was a great help. Installers were on time and a great crew. Helpful with all of my questions. I appreciated teh follow up calls to check in on how the system was functioning. A very good experience all around. I will definately recommend them in the future.

The installers were friendly, patient (we had loads of questions), and efficient. They were in and out within a few hours, didn't leave any mess. The owner subsequently followed up with us to make sure that everything went well, and to address any outstanding questions. He even tossed in a winter cover!

Craig was very prompt and professional. He answered all my questions. I am a technical person and he provided me the unit I had in mind. It was the perfect unit for my house. He knows his products. Strongly recommended.

Craig provided a great experience and professional service at prices that could not be beat by anyone out there that I called. At the same time, I got a quality brand Air Conditioner unlike the rattle cans my neighbors got by overpaying and getting the builder to install it... Whenever I get my next home, I know exactly who I am calling for the Air Conditioner!

The Four Season team did a great, clean job. Craig was extremely patient, we had tons of questions about various options (classic a/c unit vs split-system, noisy vs quiet, braket mounted vs ground mounted, deluxe vs standard). The installers showed up on time (I mean right on time at 12.00.00!), they looked for the perfect location, took their time to find the best spot. After that it was really fast, it took less than 3 hrs for the installation. Craing double-checked to make sure everything is right, then explained the thermostat settings for us (yes, we never had a/c before...). We highly recommend his work!

After doing some research online. I came about his name in Hawthorne Villager. he has a lot of possitive feedback on that forum. Me and my friend (neighbor ) went with him . I was not available during the installation but he still installed my AC and just came back to pickup the payment. He also assumed warranty from my builder for the furnace as I just closed my house that time. I have recommended Craig Newhouse to my friend/neighbor as well. Highly recommended.

We had a great experience in our dealings with Craig and his team. Craig provided expert advice during the selection and planning processes, and as a result, we are very happy with our system. His team was very courteous during the installation and did an excellent job!!!
