Absolutely spot on install and service. Very professional. I moved into my home in 2011 and I have had absolutely no problems since. Highly recommended to anyone for the services Craig offers.

I purchased my A/C through Four Seasons Comfort and I must say the experience was great. Their price was competitive and their service was prompt and professional. I felt comfortable through the entire process and I knew I was getting a great product installed by knowledgeable professionals.

I had my AC installed by guys sent by Craig in April of 2012. I have to say they provided much better customer service than I expected. In the whole process from setting up the appointment to the installation, Craig was very efficeint. I Definitely will recommend Craig to my friends or anyone.

I volunteered to organize an AC group buy on behalf of a new home online community last summer. After talking to a few service providers, I decided to go with Craig at Four Seasons. Not only was his pricing competitive, but his professionalism, honesty, and product knowledge all came through during our negotiations and several subsequent discussions. Most importantly, he was also highly recommended on other online forums, plus he was willing to stand by the quality of his work by providing written guarantee to assume the builder warranty of the furnace, should the installation of the AC by a third party vendor ever became an issue. At my own decision point, Craig strongly advised me against purchasing the larger AC unit that I wanted. Although this would have meant more revenue for him, it was not the right decision for our home or our needs and he spoke up!!! Before finalizing the purchase, he visited the site (to determine the direction the house would be facing, etc), and asked us to get certain information from the builder to ensure that the AC and humidifier were properly sized. Our installation went smoothly. His team was on time, cleaned up after themselves and walked us through key operations and provided tips to ensure efficiency. Craig was not part of the installation team, but he followed up that same day, and a few days after to ensure all was still well. Others who participated in the group buy and posted their feedback all reported a very good experience with Four Seasons as well: satisfaction with their purchase, the installation and after sales experience.

Craig and his team were very professional. They showed up on time, kept things clean and left things in the same manner. I highly recommend Four Season Comfort. I am very happy with their service,installation, and insight to our family needs.

Craig's team was great! They came and installed everything very professionally and showed me how it all worked. Did some research and they were also cheaper than any other professional installer I called.

Craig and his crew were wonderful. they are timely and professional and deliver what they say!! The boiler they installed is top of the line and is saving me $800.00 a month over the oil boiler they took out. Thank you so much Craig!!

Excellent customer service and products. Craig is a pleasure to deal with, always responded to our calls and emails promptly during the entire process. Needed to get AC installed from an honest and reputable company. I found out about Criag from a local online blog. Not only did Craig provide great advice but also offered the best price and a high quality AC, in this case, American Standard. His install team was on time, cleaned up after themselves and provided instructions on how to best maintain my AC unit. Many thanks.

My brother, who lives in the area used Four Season for his central air install in 2009 and recommended Craig Newhouse. I researched his company and read several positive reviews online in the Hawthorne Villager. I made arrangements with Craig to go with his company after getting several quotes. Some were higher, some lower. It was his professional mannerisms that convinced me that there still are honest contractors out there. He was completely up front regarding all costs involved. He also assumed the warranty from my builder on my furnace AND put that in writing in the contract. Craig went a step further when, during a heat wave and my install date still weeks away, I asked him if we could move up the date due to the weather. Within two days my a/c was installed. To top things off the install took place while I was out of town (my family was suffering in the heat) and Craig willingly agreed to come by my home on the weekend to pick up the cheque for the work completed 5 days earlier. That's just the typical things Craig does for his clientele and that's why I am writing this review, unsolicited in any way, shape, or form. Go with Four Season and you will NOT regret your choice. :)
