Thank you for review. I am sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our customer service. Unfortunately, the weather conditions this year have caused a number of challenges in our business. The day of your removal was no exception. We had below freezing temperatures, icy conditions and a number of road closures from the previous storms in Toronto. We attempted to complete all our scheduled appointments that day unfortunately, mother nature intervened. We attempted to reach a number of occasions the day of the appointment but had no luck. I spoke with you the day after to reschedule your appointment for our next available time however, you were not interested. We work with all our customers to meet their requirements and schedules. Hopefully, we can be more flexible to accommodate unforeseen circumstances in the future. Brian

Fabrizo, thank you for your comments. As a groupon voucher holder I am concerned that the terms and conditions were not clear. Firstly, we did call to re arrange the first appointment that was cancelled due to the weather conditions this winter and road closures. We did discuss at this time that the debris was buried under the snow and not accessible as well. We did arrive at the scheduled time however, the contractor did not know what debris was to be removed, the voucher was taped to the door, and no arrangements had been made to collect the taxes owing on the voucher. The contractor, the removal team, and myself attempted to contact you and waited 30 minutes. We left a message with you that was not returned for 5 days. Furthermore, the total amount of construction debris grossly exceeded the value of the voucher. As an organization, we have over 10 years experience in the junk removal business and a 97% approval rating at Groupon. Given the circumstances, I feel that the there was a misunderstanding of the terms and conditions of the Groupon voucher and as we communicate with all our customers that someone has to be on-site for us to remove your debris. Furthermore, we did extend you the opportunity to refund your voucher with Groupon. Kindly, Brian.

Thank you Dan for your comments. We call all our customers 20-30 minutes before we arrive on site or when we schedule appointments that have a 2-hour service window. The $60.00 coupon has a value of a 1/8th truck load of junk removal. As it states in the terms and conditions that if the amount of your junk exceeds the value of your coupon additional charges may apply. We discuss any additional charges that may apply with customers before loading the truck and each customer has the option to only remove the junk at the value of the coupon or proceed with the removal after agreeing on any additional prices. In addition, the coupon can be redeemed for a full refund if a customer is not satisfied with the no-obligation estimates that we provide. You can refer to the Team Buy site for a reference to your coupon. We have over 400 satisfied customers that use these vouchers. Unfortunately, we can't control the amount of the junk that one might have but we can ensure that it is removed in a professional, timely and efficient manner. Thank you for your business, Brian
