    Dryer Issue

    I was having issues with my dryer making a high pitched whistling noise. I contacted Rick and it was very easy to schedule an appointment with him. He met me after work, diagnosed the issue in 30 seconds and fixed the root cause of the problem. Rick's the man!

    Repair Oven

    We have a dual Kenmore range and the bottom oven did not work -everything else did. We called Rick based on Homestar rating and he came around the next day. Rick was in the time window he stated and was very quick diagnosing and solving the problem. We are happy. Added feature - he is a nice guy.

    Fixed Older Style Dryer with No Heat

    I am so pleased I found this appliance repair service - I will definitely use them again in the future. I called late yesterday, spoke with Rick, and he sent his dryer repair guy Ravi today (less than 24 hours later). Ravi did a great job - had the problem diagnosed and fixed in no time, and I've already dried 2 loads of clothes. What I appreciated most about this company is that both Rick and Ravi were easy to talk to, friendly, and helpful. Ravi gave me great tips on how I can improve my dryer setup and he even offered to check my outside vent to make sure there was no lint build-up. Thank you for arriving when you said you would, doing an excellent job, and charging a fair price.

    Fridge repair

    My fridge was not cooling. Rick was prompt, came on time and diagnosed the problem right away. Fixed the problem quickly. He was very professional and I like how he was easy to reach and quick with his texts. Overall very good service!!

    Fridge repair

    Quick next day (may 28th) appointment for fridge that wasn't cooling. Came within the timeframe agreed upon. VERY quick diagnosis of the problem and replacement part was already on hand. Fridge already cooling!

    Dishwasher Repair

    I live in the North York area and recently called Rick to fix my leaking Bosch dishwasher. Rick was prompt with his scheduling and very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had the needed replacement part on hand for the repair. Very impressed with his experience! I have called Rick multiple times in the past for other appliance repair work. He is very trustworthy and straight forward to deal with. I would definitely call Rick again. And I would recommend Rick Appliance Repair for a good honest job done right! Thanks Rick!

    Dryer Fix

    Rick was quick to answer my call and book me a time the following day to look at my GE front load dryer that wasn't working. Ravi from his team came to the property on time giving notice he was on route. Ravi was very friendly, competent and explained the problem as he was working through it. I will not hesitate to work with him again. Thank you!

    Washing Machine Repair

    Repair for a washing machine with an annoying leak from within. Hired based on reviews here and response to my Request here. Prompt, quickly diagnosed and fixed. Had the likely part onboard on arrival. Great service.

    Dishwasher installlation

    Rick was very helpful in in time. He provided clear assessment in term of the old dishwasher. Decision was east . Just replace it . He had to do some woodwork which he did just fine. Recommended.

    Fridge was not cooling

    I have used Rick Appliance twice for my fridge. In both instances, he responded promptly and repaired the fridge quickly. He is an appliance repair expert who charges a very reasonable fee.
