    Gas Oven heating slowly

    Oven was heating slowly and there was a gas smell. We suspected the ignitor was bad. Rick showed up the next day at the scheduled time, tested the oven and had the part with him. He also cleaned up the stove burners which had been showing a weaker flame. In and out in 45 minutes. Perfect service call.

    Washing Machine Repair

    I found Rick through searching the internet and could not be happier. He gave me a 4 hour window, but was available to speak with for an approximate ETA, the day of service. Rick is a really nice, kind man with a gentle mannerism. This is the first time I have had an appliance repaired and have no doubt, I will contact Rick again should there be the need. I am quite pleased with the outcome and expense. Painless ... Thank you, Rick!!!

    Dishwasher leaking

    Great service, Rick contacted me within minutes of sending my request. I provided him with some details regarding the issue and he came prepared. Rick explained the problem, the possible outcomes and my options. Luckily the problem could be fixed without needing further parts. I would highly recommend Rick to any of my friends and family.     Service

    I did not have a great experience with Whirlpool Canada, went on homestars and found Rick, I called and was given a price and arranged for a fix in less then 24 hrs. Went above a beyond cleaning my dryer which needed a heating element. I would highly recommend Rick and the company over any other appliance repair.

    Freezer Ice Maker

    Ice maker failed to work. I called Rick asked him for a Quote expecting to have this replaced. When he arrived I left Rick to replace the part unsupervised as I was busy. Once he finished I was surprised to learn he had fixed the existing ice maker and not carried out a replacement for a fraction of the cost I had expected to pay. I would recommend Rick for any appliance repairs. Thank you Rick

    Dishwasher Repair

    Rick was prompt to respond. I left a message Sunday and he was at my place Tuesday at noon. He was professional and gracious. He quickly assessed the issue. It had nothing to do with my dishwasher. There was a clogg in the dishwasher drain to my main sink drain. He snaked it and got the blockage out. He then ran test cycles on my dishwasher to validate the fix. He also assessed the condition of my dishwasher. Listened for motor noises. He told me not to go too long in between running it because it needs the lubrication flow of the water to maintain the rubber and plastic parts. Very happy with his service.

    Gas dryer repair

    Rick came out quickly to repair my dryer. He was prepared to repair the original problem, unfortunately, there were two issues, not just one, and he did not have the part due to the age of the dryer. He was back the next day and the repair was done quickly. If I need another appliance repaired, I will definitely call them again and I will recommend them to others.

    Same-day, fast and knew what to do

    Great service!

    I was very happy with their service. Ravi came over despite inclement weather, and was on time. Washing machine was fixed quickly, and the price was reasonable. I would highly recommend. Edited to add...my dishwasher was leaking, about a month after my washing machine. Rick came out that very morning, fixed it in a flash and now all is well. Why is it that when one appliance breaks down, they all follow suit? Needless to say I am very pleased with their service, and when the next thing breaks down (hopefully in the far distant future), I will call Rick again.

    Dryer Repair

    Rick came to our house on time as scheduled. Very good at performing repair in extremely professional manner. Explained what needed to be done and was helpful in providing tips to keep our appliances running smoothly.
