    Dryer

    My gas dryer suddenly started making a loud banging noise. Rick was quick to respond to my call and set up an appointment for the next morning (busy Thanksgiving weekend). Rick was very prompt, polite and quickly took the dryer apart and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend Rick if you have an appliance issue.

    Dishwasher Repair

    We have had Rick work on appliances in our home a number of times. He was able to repair our dishwasher this time which was not draining. Rick is very conscientious and takes the time to inspect the full appliance beyond the immediate repair. We appreciate his knowledge and advice which we have used to purchase new appliances.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Rick came to our home on time, was professional and honest. It turns out one of our children's toys was in the pump. Although he brought parts to repair the dishwasher, there was no need for it and he easily fixed the issue. We appreciated his honesty and professional manner. We will definitely use him in the near future and recommend him to friends and family.

    Washing machine

    He Came to fix my washing machine! Sensor for the hot/warm/cold water was not working! Very affordable and happy with his service!! Will definitely use him and refer to friends and family

    Gas Stove Repair

    Great response time and convenient quick service. Gas stove had a strong gas odor, stronger then normal. Within 24 hours after my call to the company they had a 2 repairman crew on site. Within 5 minutes they figured out the problem, had the parts on hand to make the repair, and completed the job in less then 30 minutes. My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service and the courtesy of the staff. Will definitely be calling them again if something comes up, and will be recommending them to our friends.

    Dishwasher Issue

    Thank you to Rick who kindly assisted me online yesterday by providing an easy solution to fix my dishwasher which was leaking. He didn’t need to come out and I saved the cost of a service call.     Fast expert service, once. Couldn't get him back.

    Rick was readily available, came when promised and his expertise was obvious. He diagnosed my dishwasher problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable cost. That was four years ago. I called him again in 2021 and although he made an appointment, later had no note on the call and never came. Perhaps someone else answered his phone and neglected to pass on the information. So I can no longer recommend his communication, but back then he still did a good job on my dishwasher. This time I had to get someone else.

    Refrigerator repair

    Our fridge stopped working. Called in the evening and Rick had the fridge repaired by 1:00 the next day. Super clean and fast. Will be my go to guy for any appliance repair!!!!!

    Refrigerator Repair

    Amazing service from Rick Appliance Repair! It was extremely easy to reach Rick to make an appointment, and he was able to fit me into his schedule under short notice, which I tremendously appreciated. I was terrified of having to potentially buy a new refrigerator as my current one was not defrosting properly, but Rick quickly set my mind at ease by easily diagnosing the problem and assuring me that it could be fixed rather than replaced. Fixing the problem involved laboriously disassembling many pieces inside both the refrigerator and freezer, but Rick carefully completed the work efficiently. Rick is a true professional and is also flexible, punctual, reliable, diligent, knowledgable, very efficient and trustworthy. Rick went above and beyond to ensure the problem was solved and left my appliance cleaner than when he arrived! Best appliance repair service I have used and I will continue to use Rick Appliance Repair for all future relevant needs.

    Dishwasher repair

    Rick quickly identified what was wrong (a leaking water inlet valve) and fixed the problem. He even had the part in his truck, which saved me extra time and money. Rick also gave me some invaluable advice that will prevent any future disasters in my condo. Personable, competent and extremely professional. I highly recommend Rick.
