Rick helped me fix the electric stove, which was experiencing a power supply problem, just by guiding me over the phone. He was very nice, patient, and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Found Rick on this site and since he had such positive reviews from his customers, we decided to give him a call. Our fridge stopped working. Rick made an appointment to see us the next day. Rick & Ravi came at noon, spoke with us, diagnosed the issues and gave us options to either repair or go new. We decided to repair. They were prompt and courteous and friendly. Rick was able to get the part for the fridge the same day and repair it with Ravi. All in total with parts pickup and repairing it took about 2 hours. They did a very good job. We were very impressed. Rick also followed up via phone the next day to make sure our fridge was working. That was very nice & the extra mile on his part. Excellent service, was happy. I do recommended RICK and will recommend Rick to anyone that needs a repair. Friendly, good service, satisfied. Thanks guys! Jon and Irene.

My oven element was broken and when I called Rick he graciously agreed to come that same day. He was quick and got the job done! His prices were also very fair! Thank you Rick!

Rick helped was respectful to my senior parents with regards to repairing their whirlpool washing machine. He listened carefully to what the issue was and I provided the information he required. Rick told me he would diagnose the problem and see if it was worth repairing or suggest getting a new machine. He was able to look at the machine the same day. He was honest and my parents were thrilled he was able to fix it, that the pricing for labour and parts were affordable and he was fair especially to them, seniors (91 years of age) at Christmas where costs are up and some people are taken advantage of. Thank you Rick and to your son for your great service and for treating my parents respectfully!

Rick and his son Ravi were on time and very professional. He went over and above when I mentioned the washer water exhaust was producing a smell , he opened and cleaned out the trap and showed me how to do it in the future. I would definitely call them again if we had any appliance issues

Called Rick and within 5 minutes of conversation he correctly diagnosed the problem. Then he went out and bought the part, came over and fixed our fridge. All within 2 hours. Having used Rick before I was not surprised. This is the service level and knowledge that you get with Rick. All at a fair cost.
