The knob fell off my washing machine & it was sounding alot noisier in the spin cycle so I called Rick based on his great reviews on Home Stars. He responded right away, was very professional & even asked me the make & model of my machine so he could have any parts on hand prior to coming to save me another service call which I truly appreciated. However, when he looked at my 18 yr old washer he told me the control board & washer bearings were shot & would cost too much to replace so werent worth replacing even though it would have been good money for him to fix it. I truly appreciated his honesty. He even gave me suggestions on what to look for when looking for a new washer based on his experience & repair history. I highly recommend Rick & have plugged his number in my contact list for future reference. He is punctual, reliable, honest & professional. You won't regret giving him your business!

Rick and his helper arrived as planned and quickly got to the issues with our KitchenAid oven and Maytag freezer. Rick was very knowledgeable. We thought the price for the service call, repair and parts was completely reasonable. I would use them again for any of our household appliance repairs.

I called Rick as I had a Sears Kenmore Elite OASIS washer for 10 years that started to malfunction with error codes. I found Rick on homestars, called him, made an appointment and he came right on time on the day he said. He charged a nominal fee for a diagnosis of the washer and made recommendations to either repair it or buy a new one. The cost of the repair would have been high so we decided to buy a new one. Rick was an honest, polite and courteous professional which clearly shows he looks for the customer's best interest. Thanks very much Rick. I was referred to Rick by another Homestar appliance repair company that didn't service my area. I called him at 9:00 and he was there by noon, with the part that I needed. The dishwasher door had been popping open during the cycle, but Rick fixed this in short order, and it is working fine now. He was very pleasant, tidy and prompt, and the price was very reasonable. After another company failed to properly fix our dryer, Rick and his son came out promptly, fixed the dryer in half and hour and charged half the price of the first company (for fixing the same problem). Rick was very accommodating with our schedule and did a great job of explaining the work. Excellent customer service and we are very happy we found a service company that we can trust. Rick will be our first call the next time we have an appliance issue. Highly recommended.

My dishwasher wasn't draining properly, leaving a pool of water in the machine after every wash. Found Rick on Homestars and called him. Came a couple of days later and fixed it. No frills and nice guys. Thanks!

Rick resolved an issue with my oven for me about a year ago, and so I didn't hesitate to call him when my GE Refrigerator fan kept freezing up and then eventually stopped working altogether. Rick was quick to respond, kept me posted as to exactly when he would arrive and completed the job neatly and efficiently. Rick and his associate found the problem quickly and efficiently, and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. They also gave me a four hour window for the service call, but phoned my cell about 45 minutes ahead of time to allow me enough time to return home before they arrived. That permitted me to run some errands during that block, which I greatly appreciated. Will recommend them to friends, and will use them again when needed.
