Mark's attention to detail is amazing. He is meticulous and takes his time and does the job absolutely thoroughly - no short cuts whatsoever and, afterwards, he goes over everything, treating any stubborn stains again. I cannot understand the previous poster's comments, because if your stains do not all disappear, Mark is only too happy to return and re- treat them.
Best of all, there is no smell and your carpets are beautifully clean and dry in about two hours.
