    Mark was punctual, effective and friendly. Cleaned a decade and a half of grime out of two rooms carpets faster than you can say Alakazam. Very pleased with the work.

    Mark did an excellent job on a Persian carpet, sofa and hallway/staircases. He is polite, hardworking and efficient. I would definitely hire him again.

    My staircases look brand new! There were a couple of dog stains that I had tried to get out with no success. They are now gone! Thank you All Star Chem Dry!

    After my trusted carpet cleaner of 14 years retired, I found myself at a loss. I was searching for someone who could meet the same high standard—efficient, professional, and reasonably priced—particularly for the two flights of carpeted stairs in my otherwise hardwood home. Most important to me was finding a dry cleaning process that wouldn’t soak the carpets but still delivered a deep, thorough clean. Mark and his team were not only highly professional but also incredibly respectful of my home and time.     Great on time, personable. Was working with a carpet with lots of pet stains got 80% out.
