    Home sealing from rodents

    Initially, I was surprised during the initial quote search during a phone conversation due to the cost. I had no idea it would be so much, However, after the inspection and the way it was clearly explained to me , it made a great deal of sense to my wife and I. That is to say, " why stop treating the symptoms and go directly to the cure." The service by the Owner, Keith, was top-notch. Kieth took every opportunity to make us aware of all aspects of the procedure which he did at our residence. We also like the fact that his work is guaranteed for five years and he is available on demand to handle any question or recurrence should it ever arise in the interim. I would recommend "Urban Wildlife Inc. " to anyone who experiences wildlife invasion issues in the future. Excellent!

    Pest control

    Installing doors to allow bats to escape but not re-enter and then closing those entry points Identifying and closing mouse entry points

    bats in out attic

    Keith caulked any potential points of entry, put in an exit spot for them and then just finished closing everything this week.

    Pest Control

    The work was professionally done from start to finish. Admittedly, the cost of proofing our home against the encroachment of pests caught us a little off guard, but we will sleep easier now and that is surely worth the investment.

    Squirrel ceiling prevention

    Installation of preventative metal covering over possible access areas, as squirrels had chewed a large entry hole into the soffit, and there were multiple areas where they had begun to chew for further entry, along with roof vents they had started to pull apart. I live in a century old home surrounded by lots of trees in a previously rural area. The fields are no longer for corn. wheat and cows, but completely urbanized. The squirrels have decided to multiply in the treed area, my home, and utilize my more accommodating ambiance. They are expensive destructive freeload lodgers with the instinct of tenacity to not be evicted. The work looks great and I hope they will freeload elsewhere. The cost is a lot cheaoer than chewed wires and clearing toilet facilities.

    Racoon Removal and Prevention Control

    Mark was very friendly and had a quote ready in a matter of minutes. The two options given were very clear and he explained everything in detail. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and Mark came back often to check the status of the racoon in our attic. Very pleased with the results and extremely happy with the look of the prevention material used to block the entries on the roof. I'll call them again anytime!

    Pest Control

    I contacted Keith to remove some unwanted guests (baby racoons!) He was highly professional and stood out from the other quotes I received. Keith came THE VERY SAME DAY. He went over the situation very succinctly and we decided together the best course of action. I feel he is very genuine and has the customer in mind first. We humanely removed those baby racoons (very cute actually) and problem solved! I have used Urban Wildlife control again since and was equally as happy. I strongly recommend them!

    Bats Removed from the Attic

    I don't know how to express our Gratitude to Keith for removing the Colony of Bats found in our Attic, to say I was scared is an under statement. Keith was very professional and explained all that needed to be done and how they got in etc. I had no idea as I am new to country living and Keith was kind enough to explain everything and had those Bats gone before they knew what happened. I will be recommending Urban Wildlife Control to everyone I know...Keith was even kind enough to let my new dog tag along back and forth with him and never complained to me about it. I would rate my satisfaction with the job and above all Customer Service that we don't see so much of anymore. Definitely call Keith for all your Critter problems I know we will.     Wildlife prevention

    Keith came to assess whether or not we still had an issue with porcupines and raccoons. He then secured the perimeter of our deck and addition, ensuring that we would have no future issues. Keith was courteous, quick, and professional. I would quickly recommend him to anyone with wildlife issues.

    Removal of racoons from our attic.

    Keith arrived the same morning that I called about our need for the removal service. He looked our home over & offered a thorough quotation on the immediate concern, + other services to ensure our home would be 'pest' free. He offered to do the work right away, which he did in a thorough & professional manner. I was completely satisfied with the work, the explanation of what he could do & the reassurance that our attic was free of animals & their debris. As well, Keith cleaned the feces off the roof . I was thoroughly impressed & will be pleased to recommend Urban Wildlife Control whenever the opportunity arises. He also showed me a video of the racoons....babies & mom that he took as he was removing them. I couldn't help but adore those babies, however I did not want them living in my attic.
