Fast effective service, knowledgeable, professional staff. The team came early in the morning, worked hard - no breaks, no stops. the job was completed fast,the site was left clean and tidy. Great job ! Recommended!

Great service
We have hired ICYReno to fix the crack in our basement. The guys did a fantastic job: they arrived at the job site early in the morning, followed every step of the outlined contract, and left the place clean and neat, considering the worked through rainy weather. Igor was present for every important step of the project. Definitely would recommend the company to anyone with a similar problem.

Amazing company and crew
I am a small contracting company that has been subcontracting Icy Reno Waterproofing for the past 4 years on several basement renovation projects. Igor and his crew are fast, efficient, clean and extremely knowledgable. Igor deals with engineers and inspectors and works closely with me to make sure my clients expectations are met above and beyond. All my clients have nothing but great things to say about Igor and his crew. There is no one better than Igor and Icy Renos! I can't recommend him enough!

Interior Waterproofing
After contacting over 8 different companies to provide an estimate on waterproofing my basement, Icy Reno was the company I chose. Igor came in with his expertise and suggested the most cost effective solution to solving our water leaking issues by advising we do interior waterproofing since the entire exterior perimeter of our home is covered by interlocking. In comparison to the other companies quoting interior solutions, Igor's price was unbeatable and was extremely fair, there was absolutely no need of negotiating since I knew his price was the best. Igor and his crew showed up to our home, on time, 8 am in the morning ready to go. By noon they were already 1/4 way done, we were amazed how quick they were progressing, given the large size of our basement. They finished demo on day 1 and came back the next day to finish the job. by 12pm on day 2 they were completely finished. They left the place exactly the same way I gave it to them, clean and tidy. I must recommend Igor and his crew to anyone looking for waterproofing. I even sent them to another friend, and they too were amazed by Igor's workmanship. Go with these guys, you will not be disappointed!

High recommended team
Igor and his crew arrived at the site early Saturday morning. By 10 o'clock they had already escavated the problem area. They cleaned the wall, fixed the crack properly and then back filled by late afternoon, which we thought was quite fast. Nevertheless, the job was very well organized and cleaned up neatly. High recommended team!

Underpinning
We live in a house with a pretty low basement ceilings. Our family wanted to make more use out of that space, so we decided to do underpinning of our house. I did realized that this was a complex job, so wanted to hire a team that would do it safely. We had a couple of estimates, but Igor was able to explain how this process works the best! It was a lengthy project and required a lot of dedication, but the team was great and Igor was there for every step of it. ICY Reno crew followed the important guidelines and did not stop the project even during nasty weather conditions, as they understood that we would want to have done too. Could not recommend this team enough!!!

Leaking in the basement
From the word of mouth we hired Icy Reno to do exterior waterproofing of our basement.The job was done in Summer 2015.Since then our basement is completely dry with no sighns of leaking.A couple of weeks ago while having a problem we called Igor again and he was able to come over instantly.He solved that small issue(for him ,big for us) without charge. Waterproofing Experts.
I watched lots of videos online on how to correctly waterproof residential buildings. When ICY was performing work I was one of those homeowners who watch the workers to learn something and also see how it's done. I'm writting this review to tell people that ICY Reno are experts in theit field of work. The quality is excellent and Igor's price was very fair.

Waterproofing
At the beginning of March we noticed that there is water gathering on our basement floor. I remembered how my friend was telling me that he encountered a similar problem and how Igor was great in helping him out. So we called him for an estimate and due to his decent explanation we decided to go with this team. Absolutely satisfied with every step of their work: detailed, neat and clean. The guys were always on time too!!! Excellent!

Waterproofing
My wife and I needed to do waterproofing in our basement due to the leak within the wall. Igor came by and along with his estimate he suggested that waterproofing should be done for the whole house. Did not regret that I went with that choice, as having leaking walls is pretty uncomfortable. Igor and the team were incredibly professional on the site. The team clearly responsible attitude, as they followed every step of the procedure. Thank you guys very much!
