    leaking in basement

    The guys have done a marvellous job to fix a leak in our basement. It's been six months since the job was done and we have not noticed any signs of water since. What I really like about those guys that they treated my house with respect as if it is was their own. Thank you Igor.

    Outstanding quality work

    Perfect. Igor and his crew underpinned our semi, and dug out and poured the foundation for an extension. The workers were efficient and meticulous. The inspector even commented on the quality of the work they did, which included tidying the worksite each day, even sweeping the sidewalks. They were there when they said they would be, and were courteous and respectful. Highly recommended.

    Excellent Work & Service.

    Time came to finish our downtown Annex basement. ICY came recommended from a contractor friend of mine. Pleased to say that the work has been done on time and on budget. That you for a excellent job and let's work together again sometime.

    hard working crew always on time.

    Needed to pour a basement had it done quickly with no problems. The staff was friendly and always on time. Great crew to work with. Looking forword to work with them again

    Underpinning

    My wife and I decided on a big project- to lower our basement. Of course, we heard many stories of how unsafe this type of project can be for us and for workers. But due to many friends' recommendations we went ahead and hired Igor's crew to complete the project. The team lived up to every expectation. Guys showed up at 7.30 in the morning. They executed the project using their step by step procedure. We were absolutely safe with Igor and his team. Would definitely recommend the guys! Good job!

    Weeping tile and sump install

    Igor and his team at icy reno were very good. They dug up the side of the semi woth very little room and installed weeping tile amd patches and did so in record time (3-4 days!) They put in the sump pit and pump and routed it all out the downslope side. Clean up was decent and the team was courteous. Very pleased. We even had them back for a drain replacement not long after because we were pleased with their work.

    Basement water proofing / New concrete slab

    We used Icy Waterproofing to dig out, waterproof, rough in plumbing and pour concrete in out basement. They were professional, in early every day, left the site immaculate and were done in 5 days. The last day was a Friday and they stayed until 8:30 at night coming in every few hours to make sure the concrete was drying smoothly. I would highly recommend using these guys. They were fantastic.

    Basement Waterproofing

    Icy Reno waterproofed my parents home, and they did an absolute amazing job! Not knowing anything about waterproofing homes, Igor made myself as well as my parents knowledgeable during the process and in the end put us all at ease. Great job, I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

    Basement leak

    Couldn't be happier with the work that was done! After all the rain and snow melting the past few days, my basement remained dry and water free. Thanks again guys!
