    Waterproofing and Walk-Out.

    ICY Reno was recommended to me by a contractor who knows the team and frequents their job sites around Toronto. I was a little nervous before calling because I didn't know anything about waterproofing or leaky basements, plus I'm a lady. But now here I am writing this review after all the work has been completed and I'm very happy with what has been done. The team worked hard and were professional in the way they conducted business.     foundation repair

    We hired ICY Reno in 2014 to repair and reseal the foundation. Igor gave us a professional, no nonsense estimate that we felt we could trust. ICY started the job the day they said they would and executed it to our absolute satisfaction. I happened to be at home during that week and was able to see them work. They are knowledgeable, thorough, they do not cut corners. We highly recommend them.

    Water coming into basement

    Great job from start to finish. Had water coming into basement from cracks in exterior wall- Received a fair estimate- They knew exactly what the problem was and the guys started the following week- service like in the "old days".. Clean-up was good too. I got estimates from some of the larger companies and they were not as professional and more money. I would strongly recommend this company- worry free... No need to look anywhere else!! Thanks- from North York

    Waterproofing

    We hired ICY Reno via my close friend's recommendation. We are absolutely impressed with the way the work was performed. Igor was very professional in diagnosing exterior wall crack, and clearly explained what needed to be done. His crew followed the instruction very carefully to make sure the job was done well and neat. I am thankful to my friend for recommending the company to me, and would definitely recommend them further!

    Exterior waterproofing and sump pump installation

    Absolutely satisfied with the service these guys provide. Apart from raving how professionally the team completed the job of waterproofing our basement wall, we want to emphasize how neat they were with every thing. A simple example is that they to install the sump pump inside the basement, the covered all of the furniture with plastic and removed it after they were done. Of course we have not had the problem with the leaking wall that they repaired from outside. The team and Igor are definitely worth of recommendation.

    interior waterproofing

    I am extremely happy that we hired ICY Reno as they are very honest. We had a few companies to give us estimates, yet they were not able to provide us with the best solution of our leaking wall. Many companies stated that we needed to do from outside, Igor suggested that we do it from inside, which saved us a lot of money. Guys did the job very neatly, and the problem has not recurred since then. Would definitely recommend the team.

    Waterproofing, basement renovation

    Igor and his great team have completed some work for us. They are the best. He is so accommodating and gives you the best advice possible. His knowledge of the industry is very impressive. He has a great crew who keep the job site very clean. The Job was done perfectly. Highly recommended.

    Waterproofing/Sump Pump

    Igor and his team came in and did some waterproofing for us. They were clean and courteous. They took before and after photos of the project to show me what they had done. Igor was especially accommodating with timing. He was quick and finished the work within four days.

    Waterproofing

    After having a few companies over for estimates for our leakibg basement, we decided to go with ICY Reno for several reasons. Firstly, Igor seemed the most knowledgable about the process itself. He explaines how the work would be done step by step in excruciating details. Secondly, the qoute was reasonable and absolutely reflected the great quality of their work. Guys did work through rain and left the site neat and clean. Would recommend the company for sure.

    Exterior Waterproofing and Sump Pump Installation

    We were in the middle of a landscaping project in our backyard (excavation and install of a new interlocking patio) when our landscaping crew uncovered a large crack in our foundation underneath our back door. We halted the project on a Thursday, called ICY Reno on a Friday and Igor and his crew were on site on Monday. Igor was professional, pleasant to deal with and incredibly responsive to our tight timeline and need for constant communication. The work was completed in two days and now we are just waiting for our landscaping company to get back to work! ICY Reno was a pleasure to work with, the crew was clean and courteous and the work was top-notch. Thank you Igor and team!
