    Underpinning

    Ignore and his crew underpinned our basement. The work was done on schedule and on budget. Ignore was always willing to walk us through what was happening and his crew always left the work site clean and secure. Even the neighbours commented on how they were impressed with the cleanliness of the work site. We have had three massive rain storms since the job was done and not a drop of water has gotten in. Absolutely blown away by the quality of his work.

    Exterior waterproofing

    We had a leaking basement at our recently purchased bungalow house, and waterproofing needed to be done all around the perimeter from outside. At our friend's recommendation, we contacted ICY Reno to get a quote. The price was reasonable considering they had to waterproof 160 linear feet of our house. Yet, the team managed to cooperate well enough and finish the project within five days. We were satisfied with how the job site was left after completion and would recommend them further should anyone have the similar problem.

    Waterproofing

    The way they approached the job tells you all about the company and its owner. We had a leaking wall in our basement, and the only way to solve the problem to do exterior waterproofing. Not only did Igor offer us a good price, but also assured the job is being done properly. Guys worked through nasty weather, and left the job site clean. All I can say is that we do not have any leanings in our basement any more. Great job ICY Reno team!

    Large basement reno

    This was a large job and I interviewed many companies. Waterproof, underpin, drainage, sump - may aspects. Igor was knowledgeable without being overbearing and works in a cooperative manner with other trades. They show up on time - behave professionally, clean up the mess, are jovial and add much to the worksite.

    Waterproofing

    We hired ICYReno to do waterproofing of our house. We were very pleased with the quality of the work and the positive attitude of all crew members. Igor was on site all the time and answered all questions. The work was done in a timely manner and with high level of knowledge. Highly recommend them.

    Lowering Basement, underpinning

    Igor was very nice, finished on schedule and went the extra mile for us. He and his crew even moved our washer and dryer upstairs for us. Very Happy with the work and would recommend him to anyone!

    Underpinning

    Through the word of mouth we decided to contact Igor regarding our basement lowering. From the very beginning we had a basic idea that this is going to be no easy task, since, as we all know, underpinning causes many houses to collapse every year, and thus hurting people. Yet, as I said previously, we had a great recommendation from a friend, and felt secure to go ahead and start the project with Igor. Igor did no hurry the process, yet a basement of 500 sq ft was completed in 20 days. He executed every detail of the drawing-all to make sure that he follows safe procedures. At the end of the project everything was clean, which many workers consider an extra step, and therefore do not do. We are satisfied with the outcome and for sure enjoy our new spacious basement.

    basement

    Ihor and his team helped us to renovate basement not so long ago. ICY Reno did an amazing job from start to finish. Skilled workers, affordable prices and in fact end result surprised my husband and I. Highly recommending this company if you are looking for someone to create new basement in a short period of time. They know what they are doing, believe me !!!

    bacement and exterior walls

    Igor did an amazing job at waterproofing the all exterior walls of our house. We were experiencing mold issues in our basement. We knew that problem need to be treated from the outside. Waterproofing the all exterior walls of our house first. We obtained 5 quotes, and comparing them all, Igor's quote was not only provided the most area of coverage, but was also the most reasonably-priced. We were very lucky that Igor's team was able to start next day. We are so happy we will never have to worry about basement mold again.
