My experience with Stone Selex, starting from Design, Choice of stone/colour to Installation was amazing. Andrea, the designer along with installers Andrew & Ludwig were a pleasure to work with. Everything was executed as scheduled, workmanship was top notch & outcome was amazing. Money well spent. Will definitely recommend to family & friends.

Overall, I was quite satisfied with this project. Sales rep (Andrea) was solid, but most importantly the 2 Polish installers were very efficient, clean and precise with their work especially given my high expectations. I would certainly recommend Stone Selex to friends/family.

A good job on the stone work. Not the best at cleaning up after themselves, but few companies are. Do make sure that you use them for stone only. I had them do a little aluminum trim at the bottom of the pillars and it was not ideal. However, good stone work. I would use them again.

The installer's were very professional and extremely hardworking individuals. The product was exactly as promised, the brick veneer looks absolutely amazing and exactly like any "real" brick wall. I would recommend this product and company to family/friends.

I came into the showroom today at stoneselex because a piece of our "Snow White" stone veneer had been knocked loose on our basement wall. It was misplaced over time and left a gaping hole on our feature wall. Katrina quickly got me a full piece of veneer to help us out and would not accept payment for it. She also provided great tips on installation and was all around pleasant to be around. Thanks again!

We are happy with our new stone wall, which holds our fireplace and tv. Andrea was extremely helpful from the very start. With her expertise, she guided us in choosing the stone for our project, patiently answered all our questions and concerns, and did everything to help us meet our budget. Stone selex was able to accommodate our preferred date for the installation, and Adam arrived promptly on the said date. However, they could improve on professionalism. halfway through the project, when all the framing has been done,Adam said he had to leave and just come back the next day because according to him, he picked up the wrong stone. He said that if he drove to the warehouse for the right stone and back to our house, it would take 2 hours so it would be better to just come back the next day. But because we had to take a leave from work that day for the project, we insisted that they get the stone and come back because we wanted them to finish the job as much as possible, Although we did not believe that they got the wrong stone because we saw the stone boxes in the back of his truck. We contacted andrea about it, which forced adam to say someone wil meet him halfway to give him the stone we need. Then they left and came back after 10minutes to complete the job. Another thing to improve on is quality control. The corners could've been trimmed better to eliminate protruding stones. When a stone panel is too bent or curved, which would allow large spaces and gaps in between, they should be able to decide not to use such stone. Adam told us to sit in front of the wall and watch for stones we do not like for him to change, which we could not do 100%of the time. When he closed the gaps between the stones with cement, a lot of excess cement got on the surface of the stone, which did not look good, that i had to get my own sponge and cloth to help him wipe off the cement before they dried up. He came back twice after the first day to replace some panels with cement, and another with a crack, both types of bad stone he hesitated to replace if not for andrea or Lucas telling him to fix them. We did not sign the completion form until he replaced all the bad stone. thanks to andrea for being patient in helping us achieve the best look for the stone wall.

Stone Selex did an excellent job. They showed when they said they would. Finished the job on time and the work was done professionally with no deficiencies. Everyone is very happy!

I was very impressed with the sales representative Andrea. She spent a great deal of time ensuring I was very pleased with the project from step one to the end. The stone is beautiful and I am very pleased... !

We’ve been debating on stoning our fireplace however we couldn’t decide on the type of stone we truly wanted. With the help, expertise and patience of Andrea the masterpiece came together. We love our new stoned fireplace. Everyone who comes over compliments what a wonderful job the installers did. The installers were punctual and worked extremely hard until the project was completed. We will definitely be back for our next project!

The showroom service was excellent. The staff kept us focused on the options best suited for our needs and budget and directed us to only those products. The ordering process and delivery of goods was seamless. When expected installation delays were expected, Andrea worked really hard to accommodate our timelines. She always kept us up to date and followed up to ensure we were happy. This was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Stone Selex.
